    Adaptive education is a specially designed program to meet the unique learning needs of students who require personalized education programs for students effectiveness, and has always become an important issue in the development of education in Taiwan. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the ideas of adaptive education and related practice strategies. First, it explains the meaning and elements of adaptive education. Next, it describes its core concept: natural liberty, diversified development, step by step, everyone doing his best, self-realization. It also examines the influential factors of adaptive education.
