本研究旨在瞭解澎湖縣國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力與工作滿意之現況與關係,並提出降低工作壓力及提升工作滿意度之具體作法。研究者以自編之「澎湖縣國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政職務教師工作壓力與工作滿意現況問卷」為研究工具,普查澎湖縣國民小學附設幼兒園兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力與工作滿意的現況及關係,並以半結構式訪談針對兼任行政職務教師降低工作壓力,提升其工作滿意度之具體作法進行訪談。資料經統計分析後,所獲致的結論如下:一、 澎湖縣國小附幼兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力稍重,以時間運用層面的工作壓力現況最高,人際關係層面的工作壓力現況最低。二、 澎湖縣國小附幼兼任行政職務教師的工作滿意程度稍高,以人際關係層面的滿意程度最高,工作環境層面的工作滿意程度最低。三、 澎湖縣國小附幼兼任行政職務教師的工作壓力與工作滿意間呈負相關。四、 澎湖縣國小附幼兼任行政職務教師降低工作壓力,提高工作滿意的具體作法為尋求支援、溝通協調、時間調整、尋求慰藉及休閒活動。根據本研究之結論,就教育主管機關、澎湖縣國小附幼兼任行政職務教師及未來研究者分別提出建議,以供相關人員及未來有志研究者參考。
This research was aimed to explore the preschool administrative teachers’ job stress and their job satisfaction of the affiliated preschool of elementary school administrative teachers in Penghu and to make suggestions of reducing job stress and increasing job satisfaction. This research was conducted by a self-designed questionnaire called “The Questionnaire of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction of Preschool Administrative Teachers in Elementary Schools in Penghu”. Semi-structured interviews were also administered to collect data on these teachers’ methods of reducing job stress and increasing job satisfaction. The results of the research are as follows.1. The preschool administrative teachers in Penghu County had job stress, especially high in time management, but low in interpersonal relationship. 2. The preschool administrative teachers’ job satisfaction was high in interpersonal relationship, and low in the job environment. 3. A negative relationship between job stress and job satisfaction existed amongkindergarten teachers in Penghu County.4. The methods the preschool administrative teachers applied to reduce job stress and increase job satisfaction were support seeking, communication and coordination, time adjustment, condolence searching and recreational activities.Based on these findings, this study also provided suggestions regarding educational administration authorities, preschool administrative teachers in Penghu County, and future research.
