  • 描述: 本研究旨在發展「資訊科技培訓課程」，以提升科技大學教學助理之資訊協助能力，同時也對此課程模組的實施，進行檢核評鑑。本課程之設計理念為強調需求分析、快速診斷、即時介入。研究者以課程發展、人力資源培育等理論，作為設計課程之基礎，以確保培訓課程達成目標。研究方法包括焦點團體訪談法、準實驗研究法、問卷調查法、訪談法。並以南台灣某科技大學六十四位教學助理為研究對象。工具包括資訊能力測驗、平台操作測驗卷、學習回饋單，及表現檢核單，資料分析的結果，作為修改課程的依據。研究結果包括：（一）基於需求分析、快速診斷、即時介入等理念，本研究所設計的課程，對於科技大學教學助理，的確適用於資訊科技培訓模組。（二）需求分析及起點能力診斷的結果，為發展課程內容與教學策略之依據。（三）經過檢核課程內容、上機操作、介入指導、呈現能力、學習回饋等元素，結果發現本課程模組符合需求，不需修改。（四）本培訓課程結束之後，教師對於教學助理的表現，抱持肯定的態度。本研究之結果意味著，此一技術導向的培訓課程，不只適用於科技大學，如果導入企業之人力資源發展訓練，也將是一個快速有效的增能模組。本研究亦依據研究發現，對教學實踐與未來研究提出建議。 The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the “Information Technology Training Module (ITTM)” of the training program for teaching assistants in a university of technology.
