智慧型手機語言學習app使用性評估 = The usability evaluation of language learning applications for mobile devices

  • 描述: 現今行動學習已漸漸成為一項趨勢，智慧型手機因具有隨身性，而成為現今最受歡迎的行動裝置之ㄧ。在過去的研究中，鮮少有人針對語言學習app進行使用性評估，故本研究檢驗語言學習app在智慧型手機上之使用性。本研究之目的有三:(1)檢驗現有語言學習app使用性。(2)了解現有語言學習app之內容組織。(3)了解現有語言學習app功能增添、改變。　　研究中邀請了八位來自臺南市某大學的學生參與本研究受試，這八位受試者皆無使用過本研究所挑選的兩款語言學習app，但都具備智慧型手機的操作經驗。先請受試者針對兩款語言學習app之工作任務清單進行操作，操作完畢後填寫使用者介面互動滿意度問卷，接著進行半結構式訪談，以了解兩款語言學習軟體使用性，全程時間花費約為一小時。　　研究結果顯示：提供主選單、直覺之功能設計、圖示設計、分級之內容的語言學習app整體表現較佳。本研究有以下幾項結論：（1）語言學習app最好能提供清楚的首頁功能主選單、無隱藏式功能、圖像意涵清楚較符合使用性。（2）語言學習app最好具備分級內容且內容正確、完整豐富，具有深度、廣度，另可提供不同的學習模式，因應不同學習型態的使用者，較能滿足使用者學習。 Smart phones, with its great portability and connectivity, have become one of the most popular mobile devices in the world. Following this trend, the usability of smartphone applications has become an even more important issue.
