學習視訊是教學現場常用的教學工具,但是其連續播放的特性常容易造成學習者認知過荷,影響學習的效果。分割效應是將連續視訊分割為若干個有意義的小片段,能夠減少認知負荷;而專家反向效應的研究則指出教學科技的正面學習效果只適用於低先備知識學習者,無助於高先備知識學習者,甚至出現阻礙學習的反效果。因此,本研究提出以學習者具有的先備知識為依據,對學習視訊進行適性化的分割呈現,以符合不同先備知識的學習者需求,達到減少認知負荷,促進學習的效果。研究分為適性化分割學習視訊組(實驗組)與一般性分割學習視訊組(控制組),以「認識經緯度」動畫視訊為教材,受測對象為國小高年級學生53人。研究結果顯示,分割效應受到專家反向效應的影響,具體表現於實驗組的後測成績顯著優於前測成績,控制組則無此現象。此外,對中、低學習成效學習者來說,實驗組的學習成效顯著優於控制組,說明適性化分割學習視訊有助於學習,尤其對中、低學習成效的學習者更是顯著。最後,控制組的認知負荷與學習成效呈現負相關,實驗組則沒有此現象,說明經過適性化分割學習視訊教學,雖然增加了學習者的認知負荷,卻也提昇了學習成效。 Learning videos are usually used in the classroom as a powerful instructional tool. However, the characteristics of continuity and transient information in videos may impose a high cognitive load and result in poor performance.
