  • 描述: 技職教育的宗旨在為國家各產業培育所需專業人力,其技術本能的養成,仰賴技能課程的訓練。因此,技能課程的學習成效,決定能否造就優質的人才。在資訊科技發展的今日,教師可以運用科技融入教學,如:網路學習、電腦輔助學習。若能在高職技能課程運用得當,或許可誘發學習動機,增進學習成效。本研究嘗試運用同儕教學策略,融入電腦模擬教學活動中,並探討運用不同的學習模式下,對高職生技能課程學習成就與動機的影響。實驗組與控制組學生共68人,實驗組為基於同儕指導策略的電腦模擬教學,控制組為一般電腦模擬教學,進行每週3堂課,共三週的教學活動。實驗結果發現,實驗組在技能的學習成就顯著優於控制組;同時,同儕指導的學習模式對實驗組學生在學習態度與學習動機有正面的影響。 Vocational education aims to cultivate the necessary professional manpower for the various industries of the country, its instinct to develop, relies on training in skills. Therefore, the effectiveness of the skills courses, the decision whether to create high-quality talent.The advancement and popularity of information technology has enabled teachers to use those technologies in instruction in various ways, such as web-based learning and computer-assisted learning. Such technology-enhaced learning approaches have great potential in improving students’ learning performance in vocational skills courses in terms of promotiting their motivation and enhancing their learning achievement.
