本研究旨在探討高職學生學校生活壓力因應與生涯自我效能的關係。研究過程採立意取樣,共抽取台南市七所高職學校之高一、高二、高三學生850人,有效樣本共770人。研究工具包括「生活壓力因應量表」及「生涯自我效能量表」。資料處理以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、二因子變異數分析、典型相關分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方式進行資料整理。研究結果如下: 一、高職學生生涯自我效能與「積極處理」、「接受調適」之正向壓力因應策略有顯著正相關。 二、不同年級學生在「積極處理」策略有顯著差異,一年級學生採用頻率高於三年級學生。 三、不同類科學生在「延宕消極」策略有顯著差異,工業類科學生採用頻率高於商業類科學生。 四、不同性別學生在「延宕消極」與「負向行為」策略有顯著差異,男生採用頻率高於女生。 五、不同年級、類科與性別之高職學生在生涯自我效能上無顯著差異。 研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並在高職生學校輔導工作與未來研究上提出具體建議。.
The purpose of the study was to explore the relationships between school stress-coping strategies and career self-efficacy of vocational high school students.Participants were 770 vocational high school students from seven vocational high schools in Tainan. The research instruments of this study included Stress Coping Strategies Scale and Career Self-efficacy Scale. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistic, One-Way Analysis of Variance, Two-Way Analysis of Variance, Canonical Correlation and Pearson’s Product-Mount Correlation.The results were as follows: 1.The career self-efficacy and postive coping strategies such as “Active Treatment” and “Acceptance and Adjustment” were significantly positively correlated. 2.There was significant difference on “Active Treatment” stress-coping strategy among students with different grades and first grade students’ was higher than third grade students’. 3.There was significant difference on “Negative Delay” stress-coping strategy among students with different departments. Industrial vocational high school students’ was higher than commercial vocational high school students’. 4.There were significant differences on “Negative Delay” and “Negative Conduct” stress-coping strategies among students with different genders and male students’ were higher than females’. 5.There were no significant differences on career self-efficacy among students with different grades, departments and genders. Based on the results, suggestions for career guidances and future researches were proposed..
