  • 描述: 本研究旨在了解高雄市國小級任教師領導風格與學生幸福感之關係。本研究使用問卷調查法,採取分層抽樣方式,選取高雄市538位國小四、五、六年級學生為研究對象,以研究者編製之「國小級任教師領導風格量表」與「學生幸福感量表」作為研究工具,將回收之問卷以統計軟體SPSS20.0處理,以描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、積差相關及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行統計分析。 本研究結論如下: 一、國小級任教師傾向的領導風格依序為「指導式領導」、「關懷式領導」、「控制式領導」、「放任式領導」。 二、國小學生整體幸福感情形良好,幸福感程度由高至低依序為「社會支持」、「學習投入」、「生活滿意」、「愉快正向」、「條件滿足」。 三、不同性別之國小級任教師在「控制式領導」和「放任式領導」上有顯著差異,其中女性教師得分顯著高於男性教師。 四、不同年資之國小級任教師在「指導式領導」與「放任式領導」上有顯著差異,其中在「放任式領導」層面為年資為5年以下之級任教師得分顯著高於年資為6-10年與11-20年之級任教師、年資11-20年之級任教師得分顯著高於年資21年以上之級任教師。 五、不同學校規模之國小級任教師在「指導式領導」、「控制式領導」、「放任式領導」上有顯著差異,其中在「指導式領導」層面為小型學校之級任教師得分顯著高於中型學校之級任教師,在「控制式領導」層面為小型學校得分顯著高於中型、大型學校之級任教師、大型學校得分顯著高於中型學校之級任教師。 六、不同性別之國小學生在整體幸福感上無顯著差異。 七、不同年級之國小學生在整體幸福感上有顯著差異,其中五年級學生得分顯著高於四年級學生。
    This study aimed to investigate the relationship between leadership style of the elementary school teachers and well-being of students in Kaohsiung city. This study used questionnaire method, and stratified random sampling, and the subjects were 538 fourth to sixth graders. The research tools included “Leadership Style of the Elementary School Teachers Scale” and “well-being of Students Scale”. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson Correlation and Multiple Stepwise Regreesion were used in data analysis. The main results were follows: 1.The tendency of leadership style among elementary school teachers in order is the instructive leadership style, attentive leadership style, controlling leadership style and laissez faire leadership style. 2.The feeling of well-being among elementary school students is good, and the degree of well-being in descending order is social support, learning engagement, life satisfaction, pleasance positive and requirement content. 3.There were significant differences on controlling leadership style and laissez faire leadership style of elementary school teachers of difference genders, and female teacher were better than male teacher. 4. There were significant differences on instructive leadership style and laissez faire leadership style of difference seniorities, and seniority less than 5 years teacher were better than 6-10 years teacher and 11-20 years teacher, 11-20 years seniorities teacher were better than seniority more than 21 years teacher in laissez faire leadership style. 5. There were significant differences on instructive leadership style, controlling leadership style and laissez faire leadership style of difference school sizes, and small size school were better than medium size school in instructive leadership style, small size school were better than medium size and large size school, large size school were better than medium size school in controlling leadership style. 6.
