  • 描述: 大專生主觀幸福感、心理資本與生活適應之相關研究 研究生:黃品甄 指導教授:黃秀霜 博士 國立臺南大學教育學系課程與教學碩士班 中文摘要 本研究旨在探討南部地區大專生主觀幸福感、心理資本與生活適應之現況,並探求不同背景變項下,大專生主觀幸福感、心理資本與生活適應之差異及相關情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以南部地區專科學校 236 位在學學生為研究對象,並以陳柏霖(2011)編製的「主觀幸福感量表」、「心理資本量表」及蔡佳男(2010)編製的「大學生活情形量表」為研究工具。於2017年10月對南部地區大專生實施問卷調查,調查所得資料經 SPSS 21.0 軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、Pearson積差相關、多元迴歸分析進行統計分析。 本研究結果如下: 一、大專生在主觀幸福感、心理資本、生活適應現況呈中上程度。 二、不同科系的大專生其主觀幸福感有顯著差異。 三、不同性別、科系的大專生其心理資本有顯著差異。 四、不同性別的大專生其生活適應有顯著差異。 五、大專生的主觀幸福感、心理資本與生活適應有顯著正相關。 六、大專生的主觀幸福感、心理資本對生活適應具有預測力。 本研究根據研究結果進行討論,並對教育輔導作為、家長及教師提出建議以供教育相關人員與未來實施主觀幸福感、心理資本、生活適應之研究者參考。 關鍵詞: 大專生、 主觀幸福感、心理資本、 生活適應.
    The relationships among subjective well-being, psychological capital, and life adjustment of junior college students Student:Pin Chen Huang Advisor:Hsiu Shuang Huang Master’s Program of Curriculum and Instruction, Department of Education, National University of Tainan Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation among subjective well-being, psychological capital, and life adjustment of junior college students in southern Taiwan. Besides, it also analyzed the differences and correlations among subjective well-being, psychological capital, and life adjustment in the student background variables (gender, grades, and departments). This study adopted questionnaire survey. The subjects were 236 Tainan junior college students sampled by purposive method. The data were collected from the survey titled“Subjective Well-Being Scale”, “Psychological Capital Scale” and“Life Adjustment Scale”. The study was processed in October 2017 and one junior college in southern Taiwan was involved. The data were analyzed by SPSS 21.0 for descriptive statistics, t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings of this study were as follows: 1. The current situation of junior college students’ subjective well-being, psychological capital, and life adjustment are over the medium level. 2. There were significant differences in the variables of departments on junior college students’ subjective well-being. 3. There were significant differences in the variables of gender and departments on junior college students’ psychological capital. 4. There were significant differences in the variables of gender on junior college students’ life adjustment. 5. The junior college students’ subjective well-being, psychological capital, and life adjustment were correlated positively. 6.
