  • 描述: 本研究旨在了解臺南市國民中學學生知覺導師班級經營風格與學生學習動機之關係,採問卷調查法,研究樣本為臺南市621位國中學生,以「國中導師班級經營風格量表」以及「國中學生學習動機量表」為研究工具,研究資料以統計軟體SPSS22.0處理,並以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與逐步廻歸等方法進行統計分析。 本研究結論如下: 一、臺南市國民中學學生對導師班級經營風格的認同達中上程度。 二、臺南市國民中學學生之學習動機達中上程度。 三、臺南市國民中學學生知覺導師班級經營風格在學生性別與導師性別上無差異,但在學生就讀年級與導師授課領域有差異。 四、臺南市國民中學學生知覺學生學習動機在學生性別與導師性別上無差異,但在學生就讀年級與導師授課領域有差異。 五、臺南市國民中學導師班級經營風格能預測學生學習動機,其中以「激勵鼓舞」層面對整體學生學習動機影響最大。.
    This study aimed to investigate the relationship between junior-high students' perceptions of teachers' classroom management and learning motivation of students in Tainan city. This study surveyed 621 junior high school students in Tainan. The research tools included “Classroom management of the Junior High School Teachers” and “Motivation of the Junior High School Students”. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation and Stepwise Regression were used in data analysis. The main results were as follows: 1. The degree of recognition of junior high students' perceptions of teachers' classroom management in Tainan city was moderate. 2. The degree of students’ learning motivation in Tainan city was moderate. 3. There were no students’ gender and no teachers’ gender differences on students' perceptions of teachers' classroom management. However, there were differences on teachers' classroom management among students’ grades and among teachers’ teaching areas. 4. There were no students’ gender and no teachers’ gender differences on students' motivation. However, there were differences on students’ motivations among students’ grades and among teachers’ teaching areas. 5.
