臺南市國小代理教師的工作壓力與壓力因應策略之調查研究 = A survey research on the working pressure and coping strategies of the elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City

  • 描述: 本研究主要探討不同背景變項的臺南市國小代理教師在工作壓力與壓力因應策略上的現況與差異。採用問卷調查法為主,輔以半結構式訪談進行驗證,以106年臺南市代理教師856人為調查研究母群體,以便利抽樣的方式進行抽樣,完成120份問卷填寫。 研究工具包含「教師工作壓力現況與因應策略問卷」和「教師工作壓力現況與因應策略訪談大綱」。本研究以獨立樣本t考驗(independent sample t-test) 和單因子變異數分析(one-way ANOVA)進行資料處理,假若分析結果數值F值達到0.5的顯著水準,將再以費雪法(Scheffe method)事後比較,來瞭解之間差異。根據資料分析結果,本研究主要結論如下: 一、行政溝通與配合是臺南市國小代理教師最大的工作壓力來源。 二、臺南市國小代理教師常使用正向且多元壓力因應策略來紓解工作壓力 三、臺南市女性代理教師較男性代理教師感受到較多的工作壓力 四、臺南市女性代理教師最常使用「尋求支持」、「消極逃避」、「負向處理」壓力 因應策略 五、代理年資未滿一年的代理教師感受較多的工作壓力 六、不同代理年資的代理教師皆傾向採取正向壓力因應策略 七、不同婚姻狀態代理教師的工作壓力並無不同 基於上述研究結果提出建議以供教師、家長後續參考。.
    This study aims at discussing the current situation and differences about the working pressure and coping strategies of elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City, which is based on different background variables. It uses questionnaire method and structured interview to test and verify. The survey research population is 856 substitute teachers in Tainan City in 2017; its sampling is 120 questionnaires. The research tools include “questionnaire of teachers’ working pressure and coping strategies” and “interview outline of teachers’ working pressure and coping strategies”. This study processes the data with independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA. If the analyzed result figure reaches 0.5, then it would be compared with Scheffe method to figure out the differences. According to the result of analyzing the data, the study concludes that: 1. The working pressure of the elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City mainly results from administration communication and cooperation. 2. The elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City release their working pressure through positive and multiple coping strategies. 3. The female elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City feel the working pressure more than the male ones do. 4. The female elementary school substitute teachers in Tainan City usually use the pressure coping strategies of “seeking support”, “escaping passively”and “coping negatively”. 5. The substitute teachers who have been working for less than one year feel the working pressure more. 6. The substitute teachers with different seniority all tend to use positive pressure coping strategies. 7. There is no difference of working pressure among the substitute teachers with different marital status.
