臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能之相關研究 = The relationships between teachers’ reading instruction behavior and reading teaching effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan city

  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能之相關,並分析不同 背景變項之臺南市國小教師於閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能之差異。本研究以自行編製 之「臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能調查問卷」為研究工具,蒐集臺南市 國小教師閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能之現況與差異情形。研究對象為臺南市公立國民 小學之級任教師,以分層隨機抽樣進行取樣,樣本人數共計541 人,回收有效問卷共513 份。調查所得之資料以SPSS 統計軟體進行描述統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計 方法進行處理。歸納研究發現,本研究獲致以下結論: l.臺南市國小教師實施各類閱讀教學行為皆為中高程度,以交互型最高。 2.臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為因任教年段和學校規模而有顯著差異。 3.臺南市國小教師閱讀教學效能各層面皆為高程度。 4.臺南市國小教師閱讀教學效能不因背景變項不同而有顯著差異。 5.臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為與閱讀教學效能呈現正相關。 6.臺南市國小教師閱讀教學行為對閱讀教學效能有預測力,其中以「交互型」閱讀教學 行為對「經營班級與師生關係」、「規劃教學計劃與方案」層面預測力最高。 根據研究結論,本研究分別對教育人員及未來研究者提出建議,以供參考。.
    The Research investigated the Relationships between teachers’ reading instruction behavior and reading teaching effectiveness in elementary schools in Tainan City and analyzed the differences of teachers’ with a variety of backgrounds in reading instruction behavior and reading teaching effectiveness. The data was collected by using Questionnaire of teachers’ reading instruction behavior and reading teaching effectivenes in elementary schools in Tainan City as an instrument. The subjects were 541 teachers in elementary schools of Tainan City by stratified random sampling, with 513 valid responses returned. The data was analyzed by SPSS to obtain descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. According to the findings of this research, conclusions were summarized as follows : 1. Elementary school teachers in Tainan have midium-high level to adopt a variety of reading instruction behavior, in which the dimension of “reciprocal teaching behavior” was the highest. 2. Teachers with different teaching grades and size of their schools have significant difference in reading instruction behavior. 3. Elementary school teachers in Tainan have high level of reading teaching effectiveness in each dimension. 4. Teachers with different backgrounds have no significant difference in reading teaching effectiveness. 5. There is a positive correlation between teachers’ reading instruction behavior and reading teaching effectivenes. 6. Teachers’ reading instruction behavior could predict reading teaching effectiveness in Elementary Schools in Tainan City. Escespecially, the “reciprocal teaching behavior” could hoghly predict “class management and teacher-student relationship” and “teaching plans and teaching programs”.
