本研究旨在探討國民小學專任輔導教師情緒勞務與輔導自我效能之現況,並比較不同背景變項之國民小學專任輔導教師之情緒勞務與其知覺輔導自我效能的情形,以及探究兩者間的關聯性。 為達到研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,調查對象為全台國民小學專任輔導教師,以分層隨機進行抽樣,量表回收有效樣本為205份。研究工具為呂晶晶所編製「國民小學教育人員情緒勞務量表」以及許憶雯所編製「輔導自我效能量表」。調查資料以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析事後考驗、皮爾遜積差相關及多元迴歸分析等方法進行資料分析。 根據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下: ㄧ、國民小學專任輔導教師整體情緒勞務屬「中高」程度,其中以「情緒勞務規範」向 度的表現最高,「表層演出」向度的表現最低。 二、國民小學專任輔導教師在整體輔導自我效能屬「中高」程度,其中「自我覺察與多 元尊重」向度的表現最高,「危機處理效能」向度的表現最低。 三、在深層演出向度,男性國民小學專任輔導教師的情緒勞務表現高於女性國民小學專 任輔導教師。 四、年資淺國民小學專任輔導教師的情緒勞務表現高於年資深國民小學專任輔導教師。 五、在學校系統的人際溝通效能向度,已婚國民小學專任輔導教師的輔導自我效能表現 高於未婚國民小學專任輔導教師。 六、國民小學專任輔導教師情緒勞務表現愈高,其輔導自我效能表現愈高。 七、國民小學專任輔導教師真情流露、深層演出、輔導服務年資6到10年、婚姻狀態 對其輔導自我效能表現有預測力。 根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以作為未來研究與輔導實務工作之參考。.
This study investigated the current status for the relationship between emotional labor and counseling self-efficacy of teacher-counselors in elementary schools. In order to understand this relationship, emotional labor of teacher-counselors in elementary schools with different background was closely compared with their counseling self-efficacy. Questionnaires were administered to teacher-counselors in elementary schools in Taiwan. The teacher-counselors in elementary schools were picked stratified random sampling, and the effective returning questionnaires were 205. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson productment correlation and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the gathered data. The finding of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The perception of emotional labor among teacher-counselors in elementary schools was as high intermediate. The perception towards “regulations of emotional displays” was the hightest, while “surface acting” was the lowest. 2. The perception of counseling self-efficacy among teacher-counselors in elementary schools was as high intermediate. The perception towards “efficacy of self-awareness and esteem” was the hightest, while “efficacy of crisis intervention” was the lowest. 3. In deep acting dimension, male teacher-counselors in elementary schools had higher emotional labor than females . 4. Jounior teacher-counselors in elementary schools had higher emotional labor than seniority. 5. In communication efficacy of school system dimension, marriage teacher-counselors in elementary schools had higher counseling self-efficacy than single. 6. The more emotional labor of teacher-counselors in elementary schools was, the better counseling self-efficacy was. 7. The predictor variables of teacher-counselors in elementary schools included deep acting, genuine acting, 6 to 10 seniority, marital status had a positive effect on counseling self-efficacy performance...
