  • 描述: 本研究旨在瞭解臺南市國小現職教師兼任教學組長之組織承諾、工作壓力、工作滿意度與其續任意願的現況,並進一步探討此四個變項之間的關係。 本研究採用問卷調查法,問卷以臺南市現有209所國民小學(不含分校)之現職教師兼任教學組長為研究對象進行普查,共發出209份問卷,回收188份,有效問卷188份,有效回收率為89.95%。調查所得資料分別進行描述性統計分析及皮爾遜積差相關分析,以下為問卷調查的結果,分述如下: 一、臺南市國小教師兼任教學組長有中高程度的組織承諾。 二、臺南市國小教師兼任教學組長感受中高程度的工作壓力。 三、臺南市國小教師兼任教學組長感受中高程度的工作滿意度。 四、臺南市國小教師兼任教學組長對於續任教學組長一職的意願不高。 五、臺南市國小教師兼任教學組長在教師組織承諾與教師工作壓力之間呈負向關係 六、教師兼任教學組長在教師組織承諾與教師工作滿意度間皆呈現顯著正向關係。 七、教師兼任教學組長在教師工作壓力與教師工作滿意度部分層面有低度負向關係。 八、教師續任意願與教師組織承諾的「努力意願」、教師工作壓力的「工作負荷」、教師工作滿意度的「工作本身」相關最高。.
    The aim of this study was to know about the relationship among organizational commitment, job stress, job satisfation and the willing of reappointment for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city, and to understand the relationship among organizational commitment, job stress, job satisfation and the willing of reappointment. This study based on the questionnaire survey, the questionnaire carry out a census for 209 chief of academic affairs division in 209 elementary schools in Tainan. In the questionnaire, there were 209 samples taken, 188 samples recovered, and 188 samples effectived. The effective recovery rate reached 89.95%;some conclusions of the questionnaire were inducted as follows: 1.The organizational commitment for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city came up to medium-high degree. 2.The job stress for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city came up to medium-high degree. 3.The job satisfation for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city came up to medium-high degree. 4.The willing of reappointment for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city is not really high. 5.The relationship among organizational commitment and job stress for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city showed negative correlation. 6.The relationship among organizational commitment and job satisfation for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city showed significant correlation of positive. 7.The relationship among job stress and some parts of job satisfation for the chief of academic affairs division in elementary schools in tainan city showed low level of negative correlation. 8.
