本研究主要採用個案研究法,選取一所105年度獲獎國小閱讀磐石學校為個案學校,透過文件分析法、半結構式訪談等方法,了解在教育部推動閱讀教育設立閱讀磐石標竿學校之背景下,個案學校在推動閱讀教育的發展歷程與實施過程;藉由個案學校推動閱讀教育的理念、推動閱讀教育的實施策略、閱讀教育成效及遭遇困境。希望藉由研究結果,釐清閱讀教育現況,俾利於各級學校推動閱讀教育的參考。各項研究資料經整理分析後,獲致以下結論: 一、透過個案全校凝聚共識,有共同信念及價值,發揮教師專業教學能力,共同擬定閱讀教育推動目標與願景,個案學校以WINGS作為學校的閱讀推動願景與理念,期望為偏鄉的孩子裝上飛向夢想的翅膀,而WINGS的縮寫將學校推展的願景及目標做充分的展現 二、個案學校閱讀推動發展經歷了4個階段,分別以孵育、破蛋、換羽、翱翔四個鳥類成長階段作為時期代表,推動閱讀教育的策略大致可分為以下三類:圖書館利用教育、班級性閱讀活動、全校性閱讀活動。 三、個案國小推動閱讀教育的成效,由獲得教育部閱讀磐石獎及校內兩名老師閱讀推手獎以及學生閱讀習慣養成與寫作能力進步、教師閱讀教學專業能力提升及家長參與、認同度提高。 四、個案學校所面臨困境為軟硬體設備問題、閱讀教學時間問題、教師專業閱讀教學能力問題及家長認同度問題。.
This study mainly uses the case study method to select a Reading Rock School as a case school. Through document analysis and semi-structured interviews, it is known that the Ministry of Education promotes reading education and sets up a reading school for the standard. In the background, case schools are promoting the development process and implementation process of reading education; promoting the concept of reading education through case schools, promoting the implementation strategies of reading education, reading educational achievements and encountering difficulties. It is hoped that the research results will clarify the current situation of reading education and benefit the reference of reading education in all levels of schools. After the research and analysis of various research materials, the following conclusions were reached as : 1. Through the case-wide consensus of the whole school, there are common beliefs and values, the teachers' professional teaching ability is brought into play, and the reading education promotes the goal and vision. The case school adopts WINGS as the reading motivation and concept of the school, and expects to fly the children of the hometown. The wings of dreams, and the abbreviation of WINGS fully demonstrates the vision and goals of the school. 2. Case school reading and promoting development has gone through four stages. The four stages of growth, such as incubation, broken eggs, moulting and flying, are the representatives of the period. The strategies for promoting reading education can be roughly divided into the following three categories: library utilization education, class nature. In the case of the National Elementary School, the effectiveness of reading education was promoted by the Ministry of Education to read the Rock Award and the two teachers' reading push prizes, as well as the improvement of students' reading habits and writing ability...
