  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討幼兒園園長課程領導指標建構及其檢證之議題,藉以建構幼兒園園長課程領導指標體系和分析指標權重,作為幼兒園園長課程領導之參考依據。 首先依據文獻探討建立初步指標向度,併編制成初步德懷術專家問卷,進而透過20位德懷術專家,運用德懷術問卷調查形成幼兒園園長課程領導指標體系,接續運用層級分析法,將此指標編制成指標權重問卷邀請專家進行指標權重體系評定,最後通過訪談6位幼兒園園長對指標體系的認同情形進行檢證。 本研究結果歸納如下: 1.在指標架構方面,幼兒園園長課程領導指標包含四層面、十一向度和四十三項指標; 2.在指標權重方面,本研究建構出了幼兒園園長課程領導指標各層面、層面下各向度、向度下各指標的權重排序; 3.在指標檢證方面,六位園長對幼兒園園長課程領導指標之架構、內容和指標權重排序提供了寶貴意見。 本研究除針對上述研究結果加以討論外,併提出建議,以供幼兒園園長在課程領導時作為參考,最後進一步提出未來研究之建議。.
    The purpose of the study was to discuss the construction and validation of kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators, so as to construct the kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators system and analyze the weight of indicators as a reference basis for kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership. Firstly, based on the literature review, the preliminary indicators were established, and the preliminary Delphi expert questionnaire was compiled. Secondly, through the 20 Delphi experts, the Delphi questionnaire was used to form the kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators. Thirdly, the analytic hierarchy process method was used, the indicators were compiled into an indicator weight questionnaire to invite experts to evaluate the indicator weight system. Finally, the six kindergarten principals were interviewed to validate the indicator system. The results of the study were summarized as follows: 1.In terms of indicator structure, kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators included four levels, eleven dimensions and forty-three indicators. 2.In terms of indicator weights, the study constructed a ranking of the weights of the indicators under various levels and dimensions . 3.In terms of indicator validation, the six principals provided valuable opinions on the structure, content and index weight ranking of kindergarten principals' curriculum leadership indicators. . In addition to discussing the above findings, the study put forward suggestions for kindergarten principals in curriculum leadership, and finally put forward suggestions for future research..
