  • 描述: 本研究以臺南市國小為研究對象,旨在瞭解國民小學實施食農教育現況與困境及因應策略。本研究採個案研究法,訪問個案學校推行食農教育之推動者,探討食農教育課程在臺南市國民小學實施之現況,從行政規劃、課程設計與實施、教師專業、經費來源與應用等四大面向深入探討,及個案學校在實施食農教育課程期間所遭面臨之困境及其因應策略,並運用訪談、相關資料與文獻整理等方式,將蒐集到的資料分析與歸納提出結論。 本研究結論歸納如下: 一、實施現況: (一)食農教育課程在國民小學之推動具有可行性,透過食農教育課程的實施可培養學生六大核心能力。 (二)食農教育課程發展生活化與在地化之課程教材,將學習場域由室內向室外延伸,提供學生豐富且多元學習環境。 (三)食農教育課程之師資由各領域專家進行協同教學,提供學生進行跨領域學習。 二、遭遇困境及因應策略: (一)食農教育課程須仰仗學校行政與教師團隊之認同意願,全校性的共同推動更能提供食農教育課程完善之發展。 (二)食農教育課程實施過程中,課程經費之短缺問題最為嚴重,需透過政府與非政府之計畫申請、募款等方式解決。 (三)食農教育課程設計與規劃缺乏典範,需透過相關課程研習、專家學者提供資源協助自編教材之撰寫。 (四)校園農場與相關農事系統需大量人力協助管理與維護,人力不足之困境由學校行政團隊共同協調支援。
    The purpose of the study was to figure out the current status, application difficulties, and strategies in Tainan Elemantary School. And a case study method had been adopted for the study. The researcher had interviewed two case-study educators to understand the current situation of food and agriculture education, administrative planning, curriculum implementation, teacher professionalization, and resource utilization in the case school. Another aim was to find out the application difficulties and strategies of promoting food and agriculture education in elementary schools. The results of the research had been summarized as follows: 1.Current status: (1)Through the food and agriculture education, the six core competencies of the students could been cultivated, and it was feasible to promote food and agriculture education in elementary school. (2)The food and agriculture education had extended the learning field from indoor to outdoor, providing students with a rich and diverse learning environment. (3)The case school had provided students with interdisciplinary learning by team teaching. 2.Application difficulties and strategies: (1)Food and agriculture education relies on the willingness of the school's administration and the team of teachers to promote the development of the food and agriculture education. (2)The case school had solved the shortage of funds by program application and fundraising. (3)The materials of food and agriculture education had been assisted by relevant courses, experts and scholars. (4)School farming systems had required a lot of manpower to assist in management and maintenance. The shortage of manpower had been coordinated by the school administration team.
