教育部為提升教學與學習品質推動公開授課。本研究以個案研究法探討澎湖縣國民小學實施公開授課現況、困境及因應策略;研究對象是前導學校,為六班小校,透過半結構式訪談、文件分析進行研究。本研究發現,教師對公開授課認知正向,但不一定有意願參與公開授課;雖然對跨領域公開授課認知不同,且時間壓力大,但教師以正面態度應對。實施公開授課增加行政負擔,且教師配合政策推動之自願性後續存在隱憂,但能利用各種管道與校內網路平台協助辦理。學校重視教師專業發展,透過學校支持系統、配合政策推動,及校長積極參與,有助提升教師意願與落實公開授課政策,並提升學生學習動機與成效、促進教師專業成長。最後依結論提出實務建議,以供他校及教育相關單位參考。
To improve the quality of teaching and learning, the Ministry of Education had promoted lesson study. The case study aimed to investigate the status, difficulties and strategies of lesson study in an elementary school in Penghu County. The case study of the pilot school, a small school of six classes, was through semi-structured interviews and literature analysis. The result revealed that teachers had positive perceptions of lesson study, but may not be willing to participate in it. Although teachers had different perceptions or attitudes on cross-disciplinary lesson study and time pressure, teachers responded positively. The implementation of public lectures increases administrative burden and there are hidden concerns about teachers’ voluntary follow-ups of the policy. However, they can use various resources and schools’ Internet platforms to assist with the process. The case school attached great importance to teachers’ professional development. Through school support systems, policy promotion and active participation of their principal, they can help increase teacher’s willingness and implement lesson study policies, enhance students’ learning motivation and effectiveness, and promote professional development of teachers. Based on the conclusions, some practical suggestions were proposed for the reference of other schools and educational institutions.
