  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討正向心理教學方案對國小三年級學童正向心理資本及正向情緒之影響。本研究依據相關理論及文獻探討,編製一套正向心理教學方案,以準實驗研究法進行研究。研究者自臺南市某公立國小三年級抽樣兩班,一班為實驗組,另一班為控制組。實驗組進行每週兩節課,每節40分鐘,為期共8週的正向心理教學方案,教學活動由研究者進行,控制組學生則接受一般課程。 本研究量化資料以林玉玫(2017)編製之「正向心理資本量表」以及常雅珍(2004)編製之「國小學童正向情緒量表」為研究工具,對實驗組與控制組進行前、後測,以單因子共變數分析,將所得資料分別依據研究目的進行統計分析。質性資料方面則根據實驗組之單元學習單、單元回饋單及教學者本身的教學省思札記等資料進行分析。依研究結果獲得以下結論: 一、正向心理教學方案能有效提升正向心理資本。 二、正向心理教學方案能有效提升正向情緒。 三、本研究之正向心理教學方案具適切可行性。 依據上述研究結果,對於課程與教學及未來研究提出建議,以供未來實施或研究正向心理教學方案之參考。.
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of the positive psychology teaching program on positive psychological capital and positive emotions among the third graders. This study compiled a positive teaching protocol based on relevant theories and literature reviews to conduct a quasi-experimental research approach. In this study, two classes of the third grade were selected from a public elementary school in Tainan City, one for the experimental group and the other for the control group. The experimental group received two weekly 40-minute sessions in a positive psychology teaching program for a total of eight weeks, and the control group received the general curriculum. The quantitative data of this study was analyzed using two research tools including "Positive Psychological Capital Scale" compiled by Yu-Mei Lin (2017) and the "Positive Emotion Scale for National Primary School Children" compiled by Ya-Zhen Chang (2004). The data obtained was analyzed statistically according to the purpose of the study by pre- and post-testing the experimental and control groups using one-way covariance analysis. The qualitative data was analyzed based on the unit study sheets of the experimental group, the unit feedback sheets, and the teacher observations. Based on the results, the following conclusions were suggested: 1. Positive psychology teaching program can effectively enhance positive psychological capital. 2. Positive psychology teaching program can effectively enhance positive emotion. 3. The positive psychology teaching program of this study is appropriate and feasible. The results provided recommendations for curriculum and teaching, and future directions or study of positive psychology teaching program..
