    This research has taken action to find self-regulated learning strategies after English learning in elementary schools, students’ learning attitudes and learning goals and methods, and explores the methods and strategies of self-adjusted learning methods in the country. This research has taken 8 students in the elementary school class where the researcher teaches as the research object. The self-regulated learning strategy teaching plan has been designed and implemented in the classroom. The course of action has three teaching stages and lasts for 12 weeks. The research process is qualitative and quantitative. The collection of data, analysis and summary of the conclusions of this research are as follows: 1. Self-adjusted learning strategies have a positive effect on the English learning of sixth grade students in elementary schools. 2. Self-adjustment of learning strategies can improve the English learning attitude of sixth graders in elementary schools. 3. Self-adjustment of learning strategies can improve the effectiveness of English learning in the sixth grade of elementary school.
