本研究旨在探討合作學習對於國中學生吉他學習之歷程與成果,並探討教師在教學過程中所遭遇之困境,及研究歷程中自我反思及解決之策略。 本研究採用行動研究法,以研究者任教之若拉國中(化名)七、八年級學生為研究對象,並應用合作學習中學生小組成就區分法進行八周教學。本研究屬於質性研究,故採用多種資料進行歸納與分析,包含學生訪談資料、學習成果評量、協同教師觀察表、教學日誌、學生回饋表,以及教學活動之影像紀錄。 研究者於本行動研究結束後,針對應用合作學習於國中吉他教學之活動設計、學生之影響,以及教師自我成長提出以下結論: 1. 小組成員間之合作關係以及教師課程時間上的掌握,皆是設計教學活動之重要的因素。 2. 合作學習提升學生之吉他學習態度,並且在合作學習中學生敢勇於詢問及回答教師問題,課堂中也較能進入狀況並專心上課。 3. 合作學習中,學生之吉他技巧以及與同儕間之溝通技巧有所成長。 4. 應用合作學習於國中吉他教學,對教師之自我成長有專業上的幫助。 研究者最後依據本行動研究獲得之結論提出些許建議,期望應用合作學習教學不只提升學生吉他技巧及學習成效,同時教師的專業也能有所成長。 關鍵字:合作學習、吉他教學、行動研究.
This research aimed to explore the process and results of junior high school students' guitar learning by applying cooperative learning, the difficulties of teachers in the teaching process, and the self-reflection and resolution strategies in the research. This study adopted the action research method. The seventh and eighth graders in Ruola Junior High School (pseudonym) were selected for an eight-week lessons by applying cooperative learning middle school student group achievement differentiation method. This research was qualitative. Student interview data, evaluation of learning achievements, collaborative teacher observation forms, teaching journals, student feedback forms, and video records of teaching activities were collected for induction and analysis. After the reserch, the conclusion of the activity design of applying cooperative learning in guitar teaching in junior high school, the influence of students, and the self-growth of teachers are as follows: 1. The cooperation of group members and the course time management of the teacher were both important for the design of teaching activities. 2. Cooperative learning enhanceed students' attitude towards guitar learning. Students had the courage to ask and answer questions and concentrated on the lessons in cooperative learning. 3. In cooperative learning, students' guitar skills and communication skills with peers increased. 4. Applying cooperative learning to guitar teaching in junior high schools provided professional help to teachers' self-growth. Based on the conclusions, the resercher makes some suggestions, hoping that the application of cooperative learning teaching not only improve students' guitar skills and learning effectiveness, but also teachers' professional development.
