  • 描述: 經濟合作暨發展組織(Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, 簡稱OECD)於每三年舉辦一次 「國際學生能力評量計劃」 (Programme for International Student Assessment, 簡稱PISA),並於2015年改為全面電腦化測試,從這年開始澳門的數學素養優於臺灣。本研究旨在以PISA 2018為研究資料,探討臺灣與澳門學生的資訊科技學業運用與數學素養的關係。另外,PISA的資料是以學校為單位進行抽樣,具有巢狀的特性,因此本研究採用二階層線性模式(Hierarchical Linear Modeling, HLM),同時納入性別、社經地位作為背景因素進行分析。研究結果顯示澳門社經地位比臺灣差,但數學素養及整體資訊科技平均值都比臺灣好,但當增加臺灣校外資訊科技的使用,學生的數學素養會越好。而納入資訊科技分析,臺灣的校際變異沒有顯著變化;澳門的校際變異有明顯的減少。基於上述研究結果,本研究建議政府應加強對資訊科技的補助與監管,不宜使用過多或過少,同時學校應積極推動校內師生在學業上使用資訊科技。
    Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) holds the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) in every three years, and the test of PISA has been tested by computer since 2015. From this year, Macau Mathematical Literacy is better than Taiwan. The purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of ICT’s usage in learning to students’ Mathematical Literacy in Taiwan and Macau by analyzing the data from Pisa 2018 using hierarchical linear modelling (HLM). In addition to the ICT usage and Mathematical Literacy in Taiwan and Macau, we include students' gender and index of economic, social and cultural status (ESCS) in our HLM analysis. The result show that in Taiwan, the usage of ICT outside of school for school work activities and Mathematical Literacy of students have positive correlation. After include the usage of ICT in the analysis, with Taiwan's data, the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) does not have significant change, whereas with Macau's data, the ICC slightly decrease. According to the result, the suggestion of this study is the students' usage of ICT should be under governments' supervision properly, avoiding the lack of the usage or excess of it. At the same time, school authorities promote teachers and students to increase the usage of ICT for school work activities.
