南投縣國民小學教師正向管教認知與行為之相關研究 = The Study on Positive Discipline Cognition and Behavior of Elementary School Teachers in Nantou County

  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討南投縣國小教師正向管教認知與行為之相關,並分析不同背景變項之南投縣國小教師正向管教認知與行為的差異。本研究以自編問卷「南投縣國小教師正向管教認知與行為之調查問卷」為研究工具,蒐集南投縣國小教師正向管教認知與行為之現況。研究對象為南投縣國小教師,按照南投縣國小學校規模區分,採分層隨機抽樣,回收有效問卷共908份。調查所得資料以SPSS統計分析軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費法、成對樣本t考驗等統計方法處理,歸納研究發現,本研究獲得以下結論: 1.南投縣國小教師之正向管教認知各層面皆屬高程度,當中以營造正向教室氛圍層面最高。 2.南投縣國小教師正向管教行為各層面為中高、高程度,當中以落實正向的管教措施層面最高。 3.南投縣50-59歲國小教師、教學年資為20年以上的國小教師、最高學歷為師專或師院或師大或教育 大學的國小教師、擔任導師的國小教師、主要任教於低年級的國小教師以及任教於學校規模低於六班的國小教師,在正向管教認知得分較高。 4.南投縣50-59歲國小教師、教學年資為20年以上的國小教師、最高學歷為碩士(含四十學分班)的國小教師、擔任教師兼任組長(有行政加給)和教師兼任主任的國小教師以及任教於學校規模低於六班的國小教師,在正向管教行為得分較高。 5.南投縣國小教師正向管教認知與行為呈現中度正相關。 6.南投縣國小教師正向管教認知分數顯著高於正向管教行為分數。 根據研究結論,本研究對教育行政機關、學校、教師以及未來研究者提出建議,以供參考。
    The purpose of this research is to investigate the correlation between positive discipline cognition and behavior of teachers in Nantou elementary schools, and to analyze the differences of teachers with a variety of backgrounds in positive discipline cognition and behavior. The data was collected by using Questionnaire of positive discipline cognition and behavior of the teacher in Nantou elementary schools as in instrument to collect the current status of positive discipline cognition and behavior of teachers in Nantou elementary schools. The subjects were teachers in Nantou elementary schools by stratified random sampling, with 908 valid responses returned. The data were analyzed by SPSS to obtain descriptive descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe’ mothod, paired sample t test. According to the findings of this research, conclusions were summarized as follows: 1.Teachers in Nantou elementary schools had high level of positive discipline cognition, in which the dimension of “to create a positive classroom atmosphere” was the highest. 2.Teachers in Nantou elementary schools had high level of positive discipline behavior, in which the dimension of “to implement the positive discipline measure” was the highest. 3.Significant differences in positive discipline-cognition were found for teachers in Nantou elementary schools with different background, i.e., ages, years of teaching, education background, position, teaching grade and school size. 4.Significant differences in positive discipline-behaviors were found for teachers in Nantou elementary schools with different background, i.e., ages, years of teaching, education background, position and school size. 5.Teachers’ positive discipline-cognition and their behaviors were moderately correlated in Nantou elementary schools.
    6.The level of teachers’ positive discipline-cognition were higher than those of their positive discipline-behavior in Nantou elementary schools.
