  • 描述: 本研究旨在藉由教師對自身班級常規狀況的實際探索,發展適用於國小中年級班級常規管理的正向管教策略,並希冀能促進研究者的專業成長。 本研究以行動研究法,以研究者所擔任導師的三年級班級學生為研究對象,透過研究者現場觀察、省思札記、訪談與文件分析等多元方式集資料,進行為期半年的行動研究。 依據文獻探討、研究發現與討論,研究者歸納出以下結論: 一、本研究蒐集相關文獻,歸納整理出正向教管教有八項準則,依據這八項策準則發展 出適用於班級常規管理的正向管教具體策略有二十項。 二、正向管教策略適合運用於國小三年級班級常規管理。 三、正向管教策略運用於班級常規管理之實施情形良好且成效佳。 四、研究有助於增進研究者的情緒管理智慧、以學生為中心的教育信念與營造良好班級 常規的溫馨學習樂園能力等專業知能。 根據以上研究結果,本研究對於教育工作者提出若干建議,作為後續正向管教策的運用、班級常規管理及未來研究之參考。
    The study aimed to develop posttive discipline strategres suitable tor the intermediate grade classroom management by the teacher's actual exploring the situations in his/her own classroom management, and hoped to improve the professional growth of the researcher. The study adopted the action research, in which the study samples were the third graders mentored by the researcher, and the researcher collected the data through multiple methods such as observing on the spot, checking reflection notes, interviewing and analyzing documents, to conduct the one-year action research. According to literature review, research findings and discussions, the researcher generalized the following conclusions: 1. The study collected related literature and concluded eight criteria for positive discipline strategies. Derived from the eight criteria are twenty practical strategies of positive discipline suitable for classroom management. 2. Positive discipline strategies can be translated into practicable methods suitable for the third grade classroom management in elementary school. 3. Classroom management methods developed from positive discipline strategies tend to have good efficacy. 4. The study improved the researcher's ability of emotion management, and enhanced the professional knowledge such as the student-centered education belief, and the ability to create a warm learning paradise by good classroom regulations. Based on the above finding, the study make some suggestions for educators as reference for follow-up application on positive discipline strategies, classroom management and future study.
