新住民學生參與補救教學看法之訪談研究 學生:鄭琮潾 指導教授:黃秀霜 國立臺南大學教育系課程與教學碩士班 摘要 本研究旨在探討新住民學生參與補救教學之看法,以瞭解臺南市國民小學新住民學生在原班級與家中學習狀況、新住民學生對補救教學實施現況及內容之看法以及新住民學生對補救教學實施成效之看法;而為達到上述目的,本研究採用質性研究法,以立意取樣方式,選取五名參與補救教學的臺南市國民小學新住民學生作為研究對象,以結構式的訪談問題,逐一進行一對一訪談。 本研究結論如下: 一、 新住民學生家中學習資源雖較為缺乏,但家長仍極為重視孩童的學習。 二、 新住民學生學習動機高且積極提問。 三、 目前補救教學課程內容多以國語及數學為主,有滿足新住民學生需求。 四、 補救教學課程時數以及班級管理能適學生需求而調整。 五、 補救教學對於新住民學生有正面之幫助,並願意再度參與補救教學。 本論文文末,依據研究結論對學校單位、補救教學教師以及未來之研究提出幾項建議。
An Interview Study on the Views of New Immigrant Students' Participation in Remedial Teaching Student:Zheng Cong-Lin Advisor(s):Dr. Huang Hsiu-Shuang Department of Education Master of Curriculum and Instruction, National University of Tainan ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to explore the opinions of immigrant students participating in remedial teaching, to understand the learning situation of Tainan national primary school 's new immigrant students in their original class and home, New immigrant students' views on the status and content of remedial teaching, New immigrant students' views on the effectiveness of remedial teaching, in order to achieve the above purposes, this study used qualitative research, five Tainan national primary school 's new immigrant students who participated in remedial teaching were selected by purposive sampling, and One-on-one structured interview were conducted. The main conclusions in this study are as follows: 1. Despite the lack of learning resources at home for immigrant students, their parents still value their learning. 2. Immigrant students 's learning motivation are high and they are willing to ask questions in class. 3. At present, the content of remedial teaching courses is mostly Chinese and mathematics and it meet immigrant students 's needs. 4. Remedial teaching 's hours and class management should be adjusted for immigrant students 's needs 5. Remedial teaching is positive for new immigrant students and they are willing to participate again. Based on the results, this study provides some suggestions to schools, remedial teaching teacher and future studies. Keywords: immigrant students, remedial teaching, interview research.
