  • 描述: 本研究首先透過文獻分析法,通過回溯性反思和理論思辨的方式,從政治、經濟及文化三個方面探究推進中國學前戲劇教育全球在地化實施的可行性因素,即對中國大陸學前教育階段能夠推進戲劇教育全球在地化進行了應然的預測。而後研究者再通過案例研究法,選擇中國大陸廣東省三所幼兒園為例,每所幼兒園進行實地調研不少於三個月,並借助文獻法、非參與性觀察法、訪談法、文件分析法完成資料的收集,其中資料類型包括教師備課教案、教學日誌、幼兒園會議記錄、教學研討筆記、實地拍攝的圖片、訪談錄音、錄像、專家講座等。通過大量的質性資料分析,以廣東省三所幼兒園為例呈現中國大陸學前戲劇教育全球在地化的實然狀態,並總結其所呈現的共性和模式,獲得研究結論如下: 一、全球場域的上位統領和以中國大陸為中心的特殊性空間內流動為前置背景。 二、以幼兒為本位的教育邏輯和弱化技藝的實踐轉向,是中國大陸學前戲劇教育全球在地化的理念輸入。 三、以在地理念為行動方向、以及以在地資源為教育載體,是中國大陸學前戲劇教育全球在地化的過程變項。 四、以園本特色為內在支點、以及以市場需求為外在動力,是中國大陸學前戲劇教育全球在地化的結果導向。 最後,本研究針對未來中國大陸學前戲劇教育全球在地化的發展,從學理層面和實踐層面提出了針對性的建議。
    The purpose of this research is to explore the background factors, current situation, commonalities and modes of the global localization of Chinese preschool drama education through literature analysis and case study, taking three kindergartens in Guangdong Province in mainland China as examples, in order to provide reference for the glocalisation development of preschool drama education in other Asian countries or Chinese speaking societies. This study spent no less than 3 months on-site observation in each kindergarten, and collected data through literature method, non-participatory observation method, interview method and document analysis method. The types of data include teachers' lesson plans, teaching logs, kindergarten meeting records, teaching discussion notes, on-site pictures, interview recordings, videos, expert lectures, etc. Through the analysis of qualitative data, the researchers obtained the following conclusions: Firstly, The superior command of the global field and the special spatial flow centered on the Chinese mainland are the pre background. Secondly, the educational logic of taking children as the standard and the practical turn of weakening skills are the concept inputting of the glocalisation of preschool drama education in mainland China. Thirdly, taking the local concept as the action direction and the local resources as the education carrier are the process variables of the glocalisation of preschool drama education in mainland China. Fourthly, taking Kindergarten Based characteristics as the internal fulcrum and market demand as the external driving force are the result orientation of the glicalisation of preschool drama education in mainland China. Finally, aiming at the global localization development of Chinese University preschool drama education in the future, this study puts forward targeted suggestions from the theories and practice.
