  • 描述: 幼兒園教保活動課程暫行大綱(簡稱新課綱)是因應幼托整合後的課程革新,也是近年最重要的課程改革。幼兒園如何落實新課綱之課程政策,在實務面上是一個重要的議題。目前學界雖然有一些關於新課綱的研究,但少有研究探討課程實施者-教保服務人員(簡稱教保人員)對新課綱的實施態度,也未關注到園長課程領導對於教保人員態度的影響。由於過去探討園長課程領導的實徵研究不多,故本研究進行園長課程領導與教保人員對新課綱實施態度之關聯性研究。除了可以探究目前幼兒園實施新課綱的現況,也可以瞭解園長在課程領導上的表現情形 ,以及教保人員對實施新課綱所持之態度,更期能從實徵研究結果來釐清園長的哪些課程領導作為,可以有效提高教保人員對實施新課綱之態度,以提供園長推動新課綱之參考。 基於上述,本研究目的旨在探討園長課程領導與教保人員對新課綱實施態度之關聯性。研究者以臺南市公、私立幼兒園教保人員作為研究對象,採用分層叢集隨機抽樣的方式來抽取樣本,共抽出352位教保人員,研究工具係採用研究者根據文獻而自編的調查問卷來進行施測,共獲得有效問卷258份。經過統計F考驗、相關分析、以及迴歸分析之後,本研究結果發現如下: 一、臺南市幼兒園實施新課綱的普及率將近八成,其中私立幼兒園執行新課綱的 情況更勝於公立幼兒園,在接受新課綱輔導的比例上,亦是私立幼兒園高於 公立幼兒園,但公私立教保人員在參加新課綱研習情形上並未有所不同。 二、臺南市園長在課程領導上的表現程度良好,其中以「強化課程理念與教師專 業」之課程領導行為表現度最高,而「提供課程支持」的表現度相對最低。 三、臺南市
    In response to the integration of kindergartens and nursery schools, the Curriculum Outlines for Preschool Care-taking Activities, which is alternatively referred to as the New Course Outlines and Curricula (NCOC), was proposed and became the most crucial step in the reform of preschool curriculum in recent years. Developing an effective approach to implement the NCOC in preschools in Taiwan is vital. Despite of intense academic attention on the NCOC, few studies have focused on the attitude of preschool educators (hereafter referred to as educators) toward the NCOC or on the effect of the curriculum leadership of preschool principals on the educator attitudes. Because few empirical studies have explored the curriculum leadership of preschool principals, this study investigated the correlation between the curriculum leadership of preschool principals and educator attitude toward NCOC implementation. Specifically, this study examined the current implementation status of the NCOC in Taiwanese preschools, the performance of preschool principals on curriculum leadership, and the educator attitudes toward NCOC implementation. On the basis of the empirical results, this study determined which curriculum leadership-based behaviors of preschool principals effectively enhanced educator attitude toward NCOC implementation. Consequently, the results can serve as references for preschool principals in promoting NCOC implementation. In summary, the current study analyzed the correlation between the curriculum leadership of preschool principals and educator attitude toward NCOC implementation. The stratified cluster random sampling method was applied in this study to survey 352 educators from public and private preschools in Tainan City. The survey questionnaire was designed in accordance with the reviewed literature, and a total of 258 valid copies of the questionnaire were returned.
