  • 描述: 本研究主要目的是因應太陽能設備領域之交接、解決問題,以及學習的相關需求,運用數位學習平台規劃網路學習資源,以便利工程師進行線上學習與討論;本研究比較數位與傳統教學的差異與學習成效,期望數位融入支持太陽能設備領域之工作學習效率。本研究參與者為某太陽能光電設備單位工程師共24人,研究方法採單一組前後測研究法,以兩次實驗評量成績,探討數位學習平台結合傳統教學之混合式教學,對於太陽能設備領域學習實施前後,工程師學習記憶成效之差異;本研究採用問卷調查法,以學習動機、學習幫助、學習滿意度等三面向探討數位學習平台結合傳統教學之混合式教學,對於太陽能設備領域學習實施前後,工程師自主學習態度之比較,研究主要發現如下:關於太陽能設備領域學習,工程師於混合式教學之學習成效較傳統教學法為佳且混合式教學之自主學習態度主要為正面支持。.
    This study compares the difference between e-learning and traditional training in the solar equipment domain. By integrating an e-learning platform into traditional training courses, the blended learning can help novice engineers of solar equipment to improve their performance in situations such as team work, task handover, problem solving, and domain knowledge learning. In this study, 24 novice engineers in the same solar equipment company are invited as participants and to perform tests before and after the experiment. According to the two tests, this study analyzes the difference of engineers’ learning performance before and after blended learning. After the post-test, this study uses three questionnaires, namely Learning Motivation, Learning Helpfulness, and Learning Satisfaction, to analyze engineers’ self-learning attitudes toward blended learning. The research results show that the engineers of blended learning perform better than those of traditional training. Self-learning attitudes of engineers using blended learning are more positive as a whole..
