  • 描述: LCD液晶注入為TFT-LCD重要且關鍵的製程之一,也是LCD工程師必修的基本課程,雖然名為基本課程,但關鍵製程因子視客戶需求、材料變化、應用組成等會有極大差異;在新產品產出前,工程師會利用前人流傳經驗與教育訓練成果,預估關鍵因子的參數,再實施液晶注入實驗確認關鍵因子參數是否合理,最後正式產出產品。傳統的課程面授因教師時間與課程資源等限制,僅能舉例說明,學習成效不彰,甚至淪為錯中學,違反科技人的精神,浪費龐大的實驗資源。有鑑於此,導入數位學習平台可以克服傳統面授教學的困擾,即時評量提升學習成效,加上數位分身模擬測驗,可以作為液晶注入實驗的前導測試,針對因子參數不足之處反覆修正,提昇液晶注入實驗之成功率。 本研究主要是探討數位學習平台與傳統教育訓練之差異,以及加入數位分身模擬測驗的成效,預期帶來學習成效的提昇與實驗資源的節省,進而提升產品開發效益;本研究參與者為某單位整合工程師共32名,分2組各16名,其中一組使用數位學習平台,另一組接受傳統教育訓練,兩組於學習後分別進行評量與數位分身模擬測驗,接著比較評量測驗結果得到工程師之學習成效差異,最後採用學習滿意度問卷調查,探討工程師於關鍵技術導入數位學習平台的接受態度。研究成果顯示: 1.對於LCD注入製程教育訓練,工程師使用數位學習平台的學習成效與實驗成功率優於傳統教育訓練。 2.對於LCD注入製程教育訓練,工程師使用數位學習平台的學習態度為正面支持。 關鍵詞:TFT-LCD、LCD液晶注入、數位學習平台、數位分身。.
    LCD liquid crystal filling is an important process in TFT-LCD manufacturing. It is basic and required know-how for domain engineers. Although being basic and required, different parameter values may be used in the filling process according to customer requirements, liquid crystal materials, domain applications, and so on. To find suitable parameter values, novice engineers usually get know-how from senior engineers or training courses. Because of time limitation and resource shortage, senior engineers or course teachers can just show examples and brief explanation. As a result, novice engineers may not get comprehensive know-how and fail to complete the filling process. E-learning may be a promising solution to the above problems. In this study, we analyze the difference and effectiveness between e-learning and traditional training. Digital twin simulation is used to improve learning effectiveness for novice engineers. It can be also used to reduce costs and improve efficiency for new product development. 32 novice engineers are invited as research participants, divided into two groups with equal number of engineers. One group performs e-learning and another group performs traditional training. After that, learning assessment and digital twin simulation are performed to compare learning effectiveness for the two groups. Finally, Learning Satisfaction Questionnaire is used to explore the perception of engineers who perform the e-learning platform. The research results are as follows. 1.Success rate of e-learning is higher than that of traditional training on the process of LCD liquid crystal filling. 2.ALL engineers have positive attitudes toward e-learning on the process of LCD liquid crystal filling.
