  • 描述: 本研究探討不同程度直排輪訓練對國小中年級學童平衡感、協調性以及敏捷性的差異研究。方法:以31名國小中年級學生為研究對象,分成直排輪曲棍球選手(年齡9.4±0.52歲、身高133.7±4.65公分、體重27.4±4.18公斤),學校社團直排輪班學生(年齡9.1±0.35歲、身高137.3±6.02公分、體重34.8±8.04公斤)及同年齡層未學過直排輪的學生(年齡9.3±0.49歲、身高131.1±5.08公分、體重29.9±7.04公斤)共三組,探討其對國小中年級學生在接觸直排輪曲棍球運動後,平衡感、協調性以及敏捷性的改變與差異。受試者均進行靜態平衡能力(閉眼單足站立)、協調能力(左右衡跳)、敏捷能力(T式測驗)的測驗,而直排輪曲棍球選手及學校社團直排輪班學生再多接受直排輪專項能力的測驗(單腳滑行、交叉跳、T字測驗)。以單因子變異數分析來考驗各組間平衡感與協調性及敏捷能力的差異是否達顯著差異,若各組間差異達顯著水準,則進一步以杜凱氏HSD法進行事後比較,而專項能力則使用獨立樣本t檢定來考驗專項能力的差異是否達顯著差異。結果發現:直排輪曲棍球選手的一般能力均優(p<.05)於一般生,而專項能力皆優(p<.05)於直排輪社團班學生。結論:長期接受直排輪訓練者,對於平衡、協調及敏捷能力都有顯著的改善效果,在協調能力方面,短期接受直排輪訓練者也優於一般生並達顯著。
    The study examines the balance, agility and coordination difference between different level of inline skates training in Third and Fourth Grade of Elementary School Students. Method: To Discussing the changes and differences between balance, agility and coordination to teenage students after learning inline hockey. The object of the study is thirty-one Students in Third and Fourth Grade Elementary School. They will divide into the following three teams: Inline hockey players (age: 9.4 ± 0.52 years old, height: 133.7 ± 4.65 cm, weight: 27.45 ± 4.18 kg) ; students of Inline skating club (age: 9.1 ± 0.35 years old, height: 137.8 ± 6.02 cm, weight: 34.88 ± 8.04 kg) ; students that same age who has never learn how to inline skating(age: 9.3 ± 0.49 years old, height: 131.1±5.08 cm, weight: 29.92 ± 7.04 kg). All the subjects have to test the fallowing three tests: static balance (stand in one foot with eyes closed) , coordination (left and right jump) , agility (T agility test), besides the students who has never learn inline skate, all the others have to take three more specific ability tests (stand in one foot to slide, cross jump, t test) The study adopts One-way Anova to see if each team's agility, balance and Coordination are obviously different, if it is then use Turkey's honestly significant difference (HSD) to make the after comparing, and the specific ability use Independent Sample t test to test if they were obviously different. The results show that, Inline hockey players’ ability are better (P>.05) than regular students, and all three specific ability performance are better (P>.05) than the students that had join the inline skating club.Conclusion: Long term inline skate trainers have obviously improvement at balance, coordination and agility, in terms of coordination, short term inline skate trainers were also better than regular students and having obviously different.
