  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討教師專業學習社群的經營發展歷程、社群成員如何藉由教卓計畫推動素養導向教學、社群運作歷程的困境及因應方法,以及素養導向教學課程對教師教學及學生學習的感受。 本研究以參與教育部108年教學卓越計畫之教師專業學習社群的教師,協助支援及提供諮詢的國文科教師、校長、行政、跨領域等10位教師同仁,以及10位學生為研究對象,採個案研究法,以參與觀察、文件分析、個別訪談及焦點團體訪談為研究方法。 研究結果發現:個案國中素養語文學習社群依循教卓計畫任務使命,由下而上經由志同道合的教師自發參與組成的教師專業學習社群;社群運作藉由教卓計畫推動素養導向教學,從國文科教學實作內容為出發點,結合校本課程特色及12年國教素養導向課程目標構作的素養語文課程;素養語文學習社群成立前及運作歷程的困境來自內外在因素的限制,並因應困境提出解決之道;素養導向教學課程對教師教學能力發展及學生學習興趣有顯著的提升。本研究亦依上述結論,對個案學校、有意推動社群的學校及未來相關研究提出建議。.
    This research aimed to explore the management and development process of teachers’ professional learning community, how community members promote literacy-oriented teaching through Teaching Excellence Program , the dilemma and responding of community operation process, and the effects of literacy-oriented teaching curriculum’s feelings on teachers’ teaching and students’ learning experiences. This research is based on the teachers of the professional learning community in the Ministry of Education’s 108 Teaching Excellecne Program, including 10 teachers and colleagues of Chinese liberal arts teachers, school principal, administrative teachers and interdisciplinary supporters, and 10 students as research objects. The case study method contains participation observation, document analysis, individual interviews and focus group interviews as the research methods. The results of the study found that the junior high school literacy language learning community follows the mission of Teaching Excellence Program , and a professional learning community for teachers is formed from the bottom up through the voluntary participation of like-minded teachers. Community operation promotes literacy-oriented teaching through Teaching Excellence Program , starting from the content of Chinese liberal arts, combining the characteristics of the school-bases curriculum and the goals of the 12-year national education literacy-oriented curriculum. The predicament before the establishment and operation of the literacy language learning community comes from internal and external factors, and proposes solutions to the predicament. Literacy-oriented teaching courses have significantly improved the development of teachers’ teaching abilities and students’ interest in learning. Based on the above conclusions, this study also makes recommendations for case schools, schools interested in promoting the community, and future related research..
