  • 描述: 本研究旨在了解特殊教育學校職業輔導人員對輔助科技專業知能的重要程度認知與具備程度,並透過研究者自編的「特殊教育學校職業輔導人員輔助科技專業知能問卷」問卷進行調查與相關的統計,探討其差異與相關情形,施測 27 所公立特殊教育學校之職業輔導人員,共 157 位為問卷填答對象,有效問卷為 150 份。在自編問卷中分兩個層面:重要程度與具備程度,輔助科技分為六個向度。問卷回收後以描述性統計、Pearson相關、獨立樣本 t 檢定、單因子獨立樣本變異數分析進行研究統計分析,綜合本研究之研究結果如下: 一、 職業輔導人員對輔助科技專業知能「重要程度」的認知達「重要」以上。 二、職業輔導人員對輔助科技專業知能「具備程度」情形,僅向度五「輔助科技服務的資源整合」達到具備程度;向度一「意涵與內容」、向度二「需求評估」、向度三「設備的取得與提供」、向度四「使用與評量」、向度六「運用的態度」與整體量表皆未達具備程度。 三、職業輔導人員的輔助科技專業知能「重要程度」認知與「具備程度」之間具有差異性,「重要程度」認知與「具備程度」在大部分的向度與題項有相關性。 四、職業輔導人員在背景變項中達顯著差異的變項有性別、輔助科技專業背景、職業輔導時協助學生使用輔助科技之經驗;女性的輔助科技專業知能重要程度認知優於男性,男性對輔助科技專業知能具備程度情形高於女性;具有輔助科技專業背景者的輔助科技專業知能重要程度與具備程度情形大多優於不具輔助科技專業背景者;有協助使用輔助科技之經驗者對輔助科技專業知能的重要程度與具備程度情形皆優於無協助使用經驗者。 根據上述研究結果及研究發現進
    The study was to explore the cognition in the degree of importance and the degree of acquisition in professional expertise of assistive technology for vocational guidance personnel working at special education schools. It was investigated and statistically analyzed by the questionnaires, which were filled in by 157 vocational guidance personnel from 27 special education schools. The effective samples were 150. There are two aspects in the questionnaire, one is the degree of importance, and the other one is the degree of acquisition. Assistive technology divides into six dimensionalities. The questionnaires, after collected, were researched and analyzed by descriptive statistics, the Pearson product moment correlation, the independent samples t-test, one-way independent sample ANOVA. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Vocational guidance personnel’s cognition in the degree of importance in professional expertise of assistive technology had reached “above importance”. 2. The situation of the degree of acquisition in professional expertise of assistive technology for vocational guidance personnel, in which, only fifth dimensionality “Resource Integration of service of assistive technology” reached “acquired,” first dimensionality “meaning and content,” second dimensionality “needs assessment,” third dimensionality “acquirement and offering of facility,” forth dimensionality “ use and assessment,” sixth dimensionality “ attitude of application,” and overall scale didn’t reach “acquired.” 3. For vocational guidance personnel, there were the differences between the cognition in “the degree of importance” and “the degree of acquisition” in professional expertise of assistive technology.
