  • 描述: 以"兩母爭子"為主題的"灰闌記"，可以稱得上是研究跨國別、跨民族、跨文化、跨語言的文學變異現象下的典型樣本。中國古代"灰闌記"故事的流傳，最早可以追溯至東漢應劭《風俗通義》裡面所記錄的《黃霸叱妣》。元代李行道以《風俗通義》為藍本創作的雜劇《包待制智勘灰闌記》，將"灰闌記"故事的演繹，推向了全新的文人高度。"灰闌記"故事同樣在西亞、南亞、印度、歐洲等地區流傳。像印度的佛教經典《本生經》，從印度傳到中國的佛教經典《賢愚經》，古希伯來人的《舊約全書》，伊斯蘭教經典《古蘭經》等典籍中均有"兩母爭子"故事的記載，情節也大抵相似。至於日本流傳的《審問生母與繼母之事》和德國布萊希特以元雜劇《包待制智勘灰闌記》為範本改編的《高加索灰闌記》，則是該類型故事在世界範圍內的現代文人創作的文本。反觀中國當代文學對"灰闌記"的繼承與發展，20 世紀80 年代中後期香港作家西西創作的《肥土鎮灰闌記》不可不謂一個重要作品，頗為值得注意。本論文擬以連接中西方"灰闌記"的元代李行道《包待制智勘灰闌記》雜劇為基點，以日本《審問生母與繼母之事》、德國布萊希特《高加索灰闌記》和香港作家西西《肥土鎮灰闌記》為重要參照，往前追溯世界各早期文明時期的宗教經典和古代典籍，往後探討當代流傳下來的多民族文學中的民間故事。以比較文學中的主題學研究和比較故事學研究為理論支撐，借用影響研究、平行研究、闡發研究和接受研究的方法，主要探討"灰闌記"的早期出現與基本定型，"灰闌記"的世界流傳與文本變異，"灰闌記"的主題變奏與審美變異，以期實現"灰闌記"內部的對話，以及"灰闌記"的世界文學對話。.
    "The Circle of Chalk" with the theme of "Two Mothers Vie for one son" can be regarded as a typical sample in the study of literary variation across nationalities, ethnic groups, cultures and languages. The spread of "The Circle of Chalk" in ancient China can be traced back to the Huang Ba Chi Bi recorded in Ying Shao's Feng Su Tong Yi in Eastern Han Dynasty. In Yuan dynasty, Li Xing dao created a poetic drama Judge Bao's Intelligent Judgment on the Circle of Chalk basing on Feng Su Tong Yi, which pushed the interpretation of "The Circle of Chalk" story to a brand-new literati height. The stories of "The Circle of Chalk" also have spread in West Asia, South Asia,India, Europe and other regions. Such as the Indian Buddhist classic Jataka, the Buddhist classic The Sutra of the Wise and the Fool which transmitted from India to China, the ancient Hebrew Old Testament, the Islamic classic Quran and other classics, which all had similar plot of "Two Mothers Vie for One Son". As for Biological Mother and Stepmother in Court in Japan and the The Caucasian Circle of Chalk adapted from the Yuan Poetic Drama Judge Bao's Intelligent Judgment on the Circle of Chalk by German Bertolt Brecht are versions of the story created by modern literati around the world. Looking back on the inheritance and development of "The Circle of Chalk" in contemporary Chinese literature, The Fertile Town Chalk Circle created by the Hong Kong writer Xi Xi in mid-to-late 1980s is more than simply an important work. This thesis is based on Li Xingdao's Yuan poetic drama Judge Bao's Intelligent Judgment on the Circle of Chalk, which connects the Chinese and Western "The Circle of Chalk", and take Biological Mother and Stepmother in Court from Japan, The Caucasian Circle of Chalk by Germany Brecht as well as The Fertile Town Chalk Circle by Hong Kong writer Xi Xi as important references, tracing back the religious classics and ancient classics of the early civilizations of the world, and exploring folkt
