  • 描述: 摘要 本研究旨在探討以工作價值觀為中介變項,退休年金制度改革與工作敬業心之關係,並比較分析個人背景變項在各研究變項間之差異。研究方法係採問卷調查法,以臺南市政府所屬機關公務人員為施測對象,總計發出400份問卷,回收380份,有效問卷375份,有效回收率93.75%。問卷資料運用描述性統計、t-test、ANOVA、皮爾森積差相關分析、因素分析、迴歸分析等統計方法進行各項資料之分析,實證結果顯示: 一、退休年金制度改革之「改革共同期待性」、「改革內涵認知度」構面,會因婚姻狀況及性別的不同而有顯著差異。 二、工作價值觀之各構面,會因不同的婚姻狀況、職務、年齡、官等及服務年資而有顯著差異。 三、工作敬業心之各構面,會因不同的婚姻狀況、職務、年齡、官等及服務年資而有顯著差異。 四、退休年金制度改革對工作敬業心具有顯著的正向影響。 五、退休年金制度改革對工作價值觀有部分顯著的影響。 六、工作價值觀對工作敬業心有部分顯著的影響。 七、工作價值觀在退休年金制度改革和工作敬業心之間不具有中介效果。.
    Abstract This study aims to explore the relationship between Taiwan’s Government Officials’ job engagement and its nation’s pension reform with the intervening variable of their job values. An analysis and comparison among the variable of those officials’ individual background and other variables would also be discussed. The main research method is a questionnaire survey. The target objects of this survey are 400 government officials of Tainan City Government. This study ends up with 375 valid questionnaire samples out of 380 replied ones, using descriptive statistical analysis, t-test, ANOVA, person correlation analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The survey shows the following results. 1.There is significant correlation among “expectation on pension reform”, “recognition of the reform content” and the variables of marriage and gender status. 2.The job values are significantly different based on various statuses of the officials’ marriage, job titles, job ranks, ages and working years. 3.This study also shows significant correlation between job engagement and the officials’ various status upon marriage, job titles, job ranks and working years. 4.There is a positive and significant effect of pension reform on those officials’ job engagement. 5.A partially significant influence of pension reform is displayed on the officials’ job values. 6.A partially significant influence of job values is shown on the officials’ levels of job engagement. 7.The relationship between pension reform and job engagement is not mediated by the officials’ job values..
