  • 描述: 本研究旨在透過問卷調查幼兒園教保服務人員,對於幼兒園活動課程大綱中的數概念相關之學習指標應用在現場教學的狀況。 以台南市為樣本發送問卷215份,實際回收問卷167份,問卷回收率為77.67%。其中有效問卷為166份,無效問卷1份。分別就不同職稱、不同年齡和不同年資進行統計分析,得出以下幾項結論: 一、不同職稱在運用幼兒園教保活動課程大綱中的認知領域中,有關於數概念的學習指標上並無顯著差異,其原因可能為: (一)、此份研究的研究對象大多為公立幼兒園之教師及教保員,而相較於私立幼兒園,公立幼兒園的薪資和工作的時間大都優於私立幼兒園,是許多教保服務人員所嚮往的。因此許多領有教師證,具備教師身分的教保服務人員相較於在私立幼兒園以教師的職稱工作,會更傾向以教師或教保員的職稱在公立幼兒園。 (二)、公立幼兒園教師在薪資福利部分還是優於教保員,因此許多教保服務人員在考上公立幼兒園的教保員後,仍持續不斷在專業知能上精進,以便繼續考取公立幼兒園教師。 二、不同學歷在運用幼兒園教保活動課程大綱中的認知領域中,有關於數概念的學習指標上並無顯著差異。因為國內高級中等以下學校之教師在就讀研究所選擇系所時,並無特別規定要與本科系或自身教學的科目相關,因此教保服務人員攻讀研究所進修並不一定是就讀幼教相關領域之研究所。因此導致研究所畢業的教保服務人員,在幼教領域的專業知能上並不一定優於大學畢業的教保服務人員。 三、不同年資在運用幼兒園教保活動課程大綱中的認知領域中,有關於數概念的學習指標上並無顯著差異。根據其研究分析推論可能是因為大部分教保服務人員對於幼兒園教保活動課程大綱
    The purpose of this questionnaire study is to survey the on-site teaching situation of preschool teachers and caregivers on the application of learning indicators, which are related to number concept in the “Curriculum Outlines for Preschool Care-taking Activities”. Taking Tainan City as a sample, a total of 215 questionnaires were sent, and 167 were actually returned. The questionnaire response rate is 77.67%. Among them, there are 166 valid questionnaires and 1 invalid questionnaire. According to the statistical analysis of different titles, ages and seniority, the following conclusions are drawn: 一、In the cognitive domains of the " Curriculum Outlines for Preschool Care-taking Activities", there are no significant differences in the learning indicators of number concept among different professional titles. The reasons may be: (一) Most of the subjects of this study are teachers and educare giver in public kindergartens. Compared with private kindergartens, the salary and working hours in public kindergartens are better than those in private kindergartens, which is what many preschool teachers and caregivers yearn for. Therefore, many preschool teachers and caregivers with teacher certificate are more inclined to work at public kindergartens with the title of teacher or educare giver than work at private kindergartens with the title of teacher. (二) The salary and benefits package of public kindergarten teachers is still better than that of educare giver. Therefore, after being admitted as public kindergarten educare giver, most of them still continue to improve their professional knowledge and ability in order to be admitted as public kindergarten teachers. 二、In the cognitive domains of the " Curriculum Outlines for Preschool Care-taking Activities", there are no significant differences in the learning indicators of number concept among different educational backgrounds.
