  • 描述: 近年來因少子化、12年國教課程改革、教育環境應具有特色以及家長對教師關切度提高的衝擊之下,教師面臨的壓力日與劇增,其中校長的領導風格是帶領教師達到學校目標的關鍵人物。教師幸福感及教師工作績效都跟校長領導風格有關,在這動盪的教改時期,校長要如何凝聚學校同仁的向心力,激發潛能來提升教師教學熱誠,一同為學校願景發展齊力,達到學校發展目標。故本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學教師對於校長領導風格、教師幸福感與教師工作績效之現況,及探討不同背景變項之臺南市國小教師知覺校長領導風格差異情形,進一步探究國小校長不同領導風格與教師幸福感及教師工作績效之差異情形。 本研究採問卷調查法,以109學年度臺南市國小編制內教師為研究對象,以分層立意抽樣做法,採總校數的四分之一為樣本學校,共計有效問卷為411份,有效問卷為87%,資料以統計軟體SPSS進行分析,獲得結論如下: 一、臺南市公立國小校長領導風格對教師幸福感有正向顯著影響。 二、臺南市公立國小校長領導風格對教師工作績效有正向顯著影響。 三、教師工作績效對教師幸福感有正向顯著影響。 四、教師工作績效在校長領導風格對教師幸福感之影響有部分中介效果。 五、臺南市公立國小教師知覺校長領導風格上,因「性別及職務」的不同有顯著差 異。 最後根據研究結果,提出各項建議,以供教育行政機關、國小學校校長及未來研究參考。
    In recent years, the pressure on teachers has been increasing due to the impact of the depopulation, the 12-year basic education curriculum reform, the required characteristics of the educational environment, and the impact of relationship between parents and teachers. Among the leadership style of a principal is the key to leading teachers to achieve the goals of the school. During such a turbulent time of education reform, principals need to unite the cohesiveness among school faculty members, develop their potential to enhance their enthusiasm for teaching, and work together for the school’s vision to achieve the school’s aims of development. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the current situation of teachers in Tainan elementary schools about their reaction towards principals' leadership styles, teachers' happiness, and teachers' performance. Also, with different background variables, this study will investigate Tainan elementary school teachers’ perception of the differences in principals' leadership styles, and further analyze how different leadership styles affect teachers' happiness and job performance. The research method adopted on this research is questionnaire survey. The research samples are the elementary school teachers in Tainan. Formal questionnaires were used stratified and purposeful sampling by a quarter of public elementary schools. A total of 411 questionnaires were sent out, and the valid questionnaire were 87%. Finally, the analysis was carried out by the SPSS statistics. The major conclusions of the study are as follows: 1. Principals’ leadership styles of public elementary schools in Tainan City have a positive and significant effect on teachers' happiness. 2. Principals’ leadership styles of public elementary schools in Tainan City have a positive and significant impact on teachers' job performance. 3. Teachers’ job performance has a positive and significant impact on teachers’ well-being.
