臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師工作價值觀之現況 = A Study of Work Values of Elementary School Teachers with Administrative Duties in Tainan City

  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師工作價值觀之現況,並分析不同個人變項與學校環境變項之臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師工作價值觀差異。本研究以自行編製之「臺南市國民小學兼任行政教師之工作價值觀調查問卷」為研究工具,蒐集臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師工作價值觀之現況與差異情形。研究對象為以臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師,以學校區域進行分層再以兼任行政教師人數進行比例抽樣,樣本人數共計600人,回收有效問卷共558份。調查所得資料以SPSS統計軟體進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析等統計方法進行處理。歸納研究發現,本研究獲致以下結論: 1.臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師之背景以資淺、碩士學位佔大多數。 2.臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務教師之工作價值觀包含人際互動與管理、專業自我成長、地位聲望、社會貢獻、專業自我實現、工作條件與福利、自主獨立性層面,皆達中高程度,其中以專業自我成長層面最高,工作條件與福利層面最低。 3.臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務51-60歲教師在「地位聲望」與「自主獨立性」得分較高,行政服務年資21年以上教師在七個工作價值觀向度得分皆較高。 4.臺南市國民小學兼任行政職務任職於偏遠地區與一般地區教師在人際互動與管理、專業自我成長、地位聲望、社會貢獻、工作條件與福利、自主獨立性得分較高,擔任主任職務教師在人際互動與管理、專業自我成長、地位聲望、社會貢獻、專業自我實現、自主獨立性得分較高,任職教務處之國民小學兼任行政職務教師,在人際互動與管理、社會貢獻、專業自我實現、工作條件與福利、自主獨立性得分較高。
    The Research investigated the work values of elementary school teachers with administrative duties in Tainan City and analyzed the differences of teachers with a variety of individual factors and school environment in working values. The data were collected by using Questionnaire of work values of elementary school teachers with administrative duties in Tainan City as an instrument. The subjects were 600 teachers in elementary schools of Tainan City by stratified random sampling, with 558 valid responses returned. The data were analyzed by SPSS to obtain descriptive statistics, t-test, and one-way ANOVA. According to the findings of this research, conclusions were summarized as follows : 1. The majority of elementary school teachers who serve administrative duties in Tainan City have junior service-year and master’s degree. 2. Elementary school teachers with administrative duties in Tainan City have medium-high level of work values, including relationships, professional skill, prestige, contribution to society, professional self-actualization, working conditions, autonomy. Among them, professional self-growth is the highest, and working conditions and benefits are the lowest. 3. Teachers aged 51-60 who serve administrative duties in Tainan National Primary School scored higher in prestige and autonomy. Teachers with more than 21 years of administrative service experience scored higher in the seven work values.
    4. Elementary school teachers with administrative duties in Tainan City scored higher in relationships, professional skill, prestige, contribution to society, working conditions, autonomy; Teachers who hold the position of director have higher scores in relationships, professional skill, prestige, contribution to society, professional self-actualization, autonomy; National primary schools who serve in the Academic Affairs Office and serve as administrative teachers have higher scores in relationships, contribution to society, professional self-actualization, working conditions, autonomy. Based on the conclusions, suggestions were made for teachers and future researches.
