  • 描述: 學習扶助方案為我國弱勢教育重要政策,且國語文乃學習上的基本能力,故在本研究之目的,係欲瞭解學習扶助方案中,授課教師在教學過程中之信念,以及在國語文教學中策略的運用,以達到提升學生國語文學習成就之效果。研究方法部分係以訪談法為主,針對三位為曾獲學習扶助方案績優楷模之教師,與三位具學習扶助教學經驗之教師,透過實際訪談,了解其教學在信念的成分及促使進行教學轉變之關鍵,並分析教師在教學運作之策略,藉此可以得知曾獲獎之教師,在教學運用上,較靈活,如整合學校環境資源,與教學資源ipad,或是因未擔任導師,故在時間及空間上較有餘裕,可以設計學習扶助方案之教學細節。研究結果有三,第一,不同背景之教師教學信念上,皆以學生學習動機為首要;第二,教師投入別於日常教學元素,可維持學生學習效能;第三,學習扶助國語文教學時數短,需長期介入,依此研究結果,在建議有三,一是政策規劃者宜將教師心理素質納入政策評估之參考,二為學校行政在各處室資源之整合,以支持學扶教師之教學,三是透過縱貫性研究,以剖析教師教學信念在教學上之應用。
    整體而言,一般教師在信念上,正向的心理素質,有其養成之必要,而學習扶助方案中的師資更是,因其需關照學生家庭背景,而致使衍生的學習弱項,再加以調整及設計教學策略與使用的教材等,無庸置疑地都是盼需協助的學生能在求學過程中,有良好且穩固的學習基礎,以面對下一階段的挑戰,而學習扶助方案從2006年辦理至今,已有相當成熟的配套,如科技化評量得以追蹤低成就學生的學習進展,能適時給予協助,以及相關教材的設計與編排,都能使教師更能靈活地依照學生個別的差異,給予適當的資源,使因材施教的理想,逐步達標。
    “Project for the Implementation of Remendial Instruction (PRIORI)” is an important policy of education for the disadvantaged in our country, and the Chinese language is a basic ability in learning. The purpose of this study was to understand teachers' teaching beliefs in the teaching process, and the use of strategies in the teaching of the Chinese language. For the six teachers who had teaching experience in PRIORI. There were three research results. First, teachers with different backgrounds put students’ learning motivation as the first priority in their teaching beliefs. Second, teachers’ input is different from daily teaching elements, which can maintain students’ learning effectiveness. Third, learning supports Chinese teaching hours Short, long-term intervention is required. Based on the results, this study provides some suggestions for the researchers and educators who are involving PRIORI policy implementation. There are three suggestions. First, policy planners should include teachers’ psychological quality as a reference for policy evaluation. Second, school administration should integrate resources in various departments to support the teaching of academic support teachers.
