      本研究旨在探討代理專任輔導教師生涯自我效能、專業認同與專業耗竭之相關情形,以問卷調查法收集資料,研究工具為生涯自我效能量表、專業認同量表與專業耗竭量表,並以全台各地區現職代理專任輔導教師為研究對象,共回收107份有效問卷。研究結果以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關與多元逐步迴歸進行統計分析,結果如下:   一、代理專任輔導教師具有中高程度之生涯自我效能與專業認同及中低程度之專業耗竭。   二、不同背景變項在生涯自我效能與專業認同上無顯著差異,但部分變項(婚姻狀況、專業背景)在專業耗竭上有差異存在。   三、代理專任輔導教師之生涯自我效能與專業認同有顯著中度正相關;生涯自我效能與專業耗竭、專業認同與專業耗竭皆有顯著中度負相關。   四、代理專任輔導教師之「難度知覺」、「信心強度」與「專業投入」皆對專業耗竭有預測力。 最後依據研究結果,對代理專任輔導教師、相關單位與未來研究者提供參考建議。 關鍵字:代理專任輔導教師、生涯自我效能、專業認同、專業耗竭.
      This research aims to investigate the correlation among career self-efficacy, professional identity, and burnout of substitute school guidance counselors. Data was collected through a questionnaire survey, utilizing the Career Self-Efficacy Scale, Professional Identity Scale, and Burnout Scale as research instruments. The study targeted substitute school guidance counselors currently serving in various regions across Taiwan, with a total of 107 valid responses obtained. Statistical analyses were conducted using descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and multiple stepwise regression. The results are summarized as follows:   1. Substitute school guidance counselors exhibit a moderate to high level of career self-efficacy and professional identity, along with a moderate to low level of burnout.   2. There are no significant differences in career self-efficacy and professional identity among individuals with different background variables. However, certain variables (marital status, professional background) show differences in burnout.   3. There is a significant moderate positive correlation between career self-efficacy and professional identity; career self-efficacy has a significant moderate negative correlation with burnout, and professional identity has a significant moderate negative correlation with burnout.   4. Perceived difficulty and confidence strength, as well as professional involvement, can effectively predict burnout of substitute school guidance counselors.   Finally, based on the research findings, recommendations are provided for substitute school guidance counselors, relevant institutions, and future researchers.
