    本研究旨在記錄幼兒美感教育在地化之歷程,以探討教師所運用之教學策略及社區資源、以及幼兒的美感知能成長。本研究之研究範圍為臺南市楠西社區,以寶寶幼兒園(化名)為研究場域,教學對象為梅花班(化名)的大班幼兒,班級幼兒共 15 位,其中男孩 9 位,女孩 6 位。 在地化課程元素選定具有人文特色的「楠西傳統市場」,教學設計主要根據《幼兒園教保活動課程大綱》美感領域的目標,涵育幼兒「探索與覺察」、「表現與創作」及「回應與賞析」三大能力。研究者於 2023 年 5 月至 6 月間,週二與週三上午 10:00 至 11:30 之主題活動時間,執行 14 次美感教育在地化課程活動,課程內容皆具有延續性與脈絡性。本研究採用質性研究的參與式觀察法,另蒐集幼兒美感作品、省思札記與協同教師訪談等資料進行研究驗證。 根據本研究,美感教育在地化歷程除教師運用在地素材規劃教室環境外,幼兒透過探索市場環境與訪談攤販老闆,繪製美感作品與食物色相環紀錄單。幼兒運用市場紀錄作品,設計攤販圍裙、黏土捏塑在地水果拼盤,並在菜市場舉辦作品分享展覽《作伙迺菜市仔》。歷程中教師運用的策略包含探索遊戲、市場調查、團體討論及視覺創作,並使用組織、人力與物力等社區資源。 本研究透過幼兒於活動中的美感經驗與作品,發現幼兒的美感知能有所成長。在「探索與覺察」層面,幼兒對於聲音、氣味、形體、顏色等面向的覺察力提升,亦活用探索能力於日常觀察。在「表現與創作」層面,幼兒使用各種藝術形式展現各自的興趣偏好。黏土捏塑展現立體操作的表現能力,製作攤販圍裙是同儕創作能力的共同展現。而在「回應與賞析」層面,幼兒與同儕交流、表達感受
    This research aims to record the process of localized aesthetic education of young children, to explore the teaching strategies and community resources used by teachers, and the development of children's aesthetic perception. The research area was Nanxi District in Tainan City, and the research field was BABY Kindergarten (pseudonym). The target students were fifteen children of Plum Blossom Class (pseudonym), comprising nine boys and six girls. The "Nanxi Traditional Market" characterized by its humanistic aspects, was chosen as a key element in the localized course. The teaching design was mainly based on the goals in the aesthetic domain of the "Curriculum Outlines for Preschool Care-taking Activities", to cultivate three major abilities: "exploration and awareness", "expression and creation" and "response and appreciation". The researcher conducted fourteen localized aesthetic education courses during the theme activity time from May to June in 2023, taking place on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM. The course content was intentionally designed to be cohesive and contextually relevant. The study adopted the participant observation method of Qualitative Research. Additionally, data collection included children's aesthetic works, reflective notes by the researcher, and feedback from co-teachers through interviews to validate the research findings. According to the study, the process of localizing aesthetic education included teachers using local materials to design the classroom environment, children also explored the market environment and interviewed vendors to draw aesthetic works and “Food Color Wheel”. The children used aesthetic works to design vendor aprons and sculpted local fruit platters from clay. Additionally, the children also organized an exhibition titled "Exploring the Market Together" within the traditional market to showcase their works.
