  • 描述: 文學作品具有反映現實、反映時代的作用,少年小說當然也不例外。廖炳焜、陳素宜兩人的少年小說作品,因分別表現了少男、少女的成長過程,有助於讀者從閱讀中認識性別成長的差異,所以本文選擇兩人作品中具有「經歷成長困境」以及「尋求解決方法」者為研究文本,試圖從中析論廖、陳二人在作品中的性別考量與創作特色。本文的研究目的為:一、進行廖、陳二人作品的形式與內容分析,以了解其在主題、人物、情節、場景的設計與個人的少年成長書寫風格。二、分析廖、陳二人在作品中所含的性別考量。三、探討廖、陳二人作品中的成長困境取材以及與時代的相符性。本文利用文本分析法分析廖、陳二人作品的內容、形式、創作特色與取材,利用比較法比較廖、陳二人作品中的性別考量以及與現代少年生活經驗的相符性,利用歸納法歸納研究結果並提出結論。本文得到的結論為:一、廖、陳二人能掌握少年與兩性特質,在作品中給予適當引導。二、廖、陳二人之成長困境取材大多符合現實狀況,不足處在於前者為自我衝突之困境取材,後者為自我探索之困境取材。三、以表現單一性別議題為主旨之少年小說可提供少年性別發展上之引導作用,讓少年經由閱讀了解性別成長之意義和方向。
    Literatures reflect reality and times; teenage novels have no exception.The teenage novels of Liao Bing-Kun and Chen Su-Yi feature the growth ofteenage boys and girls respectively, which helps readers understand thedifference of gender growth. Therefore, the study texts aim at “experiencinggrowth predicaments” and “seeking solutions” featuring in the works of themboth. It attempts to analyze and discuss the gender consideration and creativecharacteristics in the works of Liao and Chen.The research purpose is as follows: 1. Analyzing the forms and contentsof their works to understand the writing styles of subjects, characters, plots,scene designs and teenage growth; 2. Analyzing the gender considerationfeaturing in their works; 3. Discussing the obtained materials of growthpredicaments and times consistency of their works.The study takes advantage of the text analysis method to analyze thecontents, forms, creative characteristics and material obtaining of their works. Ituses the comparison method to compare the gender consideration and theconsistency of modern youngsters’ life experiences. It makes use of theinductive method to induce the study results and propose the conclusion.The study conclusion is as follows: 1. Both of Liao and Chen master thefeatures of teenagers and both genders and present proper guidance in the works;2. The materials obtaining in Liao’s and Chen’s works of growth predicamentsmostly conform to reality. The former obtains the materials of self-conflict whilethe latter obtains the materials of self-exploration; 3. Teenage novels whichpresent only one gender issues could guide the development of teenage genderand help teenagers understand the meaning and directions of gender growththrough reading.
