  • 描述: 本研究透過行動研究,探討社交技巧訓練對改善國小學習障礙學生的社交技巧表現及人際關係的成效,以解決研究者在教學現場所面臨到的問題。 本研究以研究者任教的國小資源班中四位五年級學習障礙學生為研究對象,針對四位學生社交技巧缺陷,設計個別化的社交技巧訓練,行動歷程分為第一階段萌芽期、第二階段成長期,為期七週,期間以「國民中小學社交技巧行為特徵檢核表」(孟瑛如2004)、單元回饋單、觀察紀錄、教師訪談大綱等工具收集資料。本研究主要結論如下:一、社交技巧訓練對國小學習障礙學生「注意聽」、「傳遞訊息」、「主動參與遊戲」、「遵 守遊戲規則」等社交技巧具有立即效果二、社交技巧訓練對國小學習障礙學生在普通班的人際關係獲得改善三、受試與導師肯定社交技巧訓練的成效,對社交技巧訓練持正面看法 最後,本研究根據研究結果進行討論並提出建議,以做為社交技巧訓練及未來研究之參考。
    This study aims to explore the effects of social skills training for elementary school students with learning disabilities on their social skills and peer relationship to solve the problem that researcher met in classroom. The subjects consisted of four 5th grade students with learning disabilities selected from researcher’s elementary school. This individual social skills training was designed aimed at improving the poor skills four students behaved. During the research period of two stages, seven weeks, data were collected by various instruments, “The Social Skill Behaviors and Characteristics Scale for Elementary and Junior School (SSBCS)” (Meng, 2004), students’ feedback worksheets, record of observation and the interview guide. The conclusions are summarized as follows:1. The social skills training has immediate effect to promote subjects’ social skills in “concentrative listening,” “transmitting message,” “participating games” and “obeying game-rules.”2.The social skills training designed in this study also improves subjects’ peer-relationship in their general class.3.Both subjects and their teachers appreciate the performance of social skills training designed in this study. Finally, suggestions were made based on the results of this research, in hopes that these may serve the future references for teachers and researchers.
