本研究旨在探討高雄市國民小學教師自我效能感與有效教學行為之現況與關係,比較不同背景變項的高雄市國民小學教師在教師自我效能感與有效教學行為的差異情形,並分析教師自我效能感各層面對有效教學行為的預測力。本研究採用問卷調查法,以自編之「高雄市國民小學教師自我效能感與有效教學行為調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,以高雄市國民小學教師為研究對象,採分層隨機抽樣方式,共發出問卷711份,回收之有效問卷655份,有效率達92.12%。根據問卷填答結果,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及逐步多元迴歸等方法進行資料分析。 根據資料分析結果,本研究結論如下:一、高雄市國民小學教師自我效能感屬於中上程度。二、高雄市國民小學教師有效教學行為的表現屬於中上程度。三、在教師背景變項中,不同性別、最高學歷、教學年資及擔任職務之國小教師,其教 師自我效能感有顯著差異;不同學校規模之國小教師,其教師自我效能感沒有顯著 差異。四、在教師背景變項中,不同最高學歷及擔任職務之國小教師,其有效教學行為有顯著 差異;不同性別、教學年資及學校規模之國小教師,其有效教學行為沒有顯著差異。五、高雄市國民小學教師自我效能感與有效教學行為有顯著正相關。六、教師自我效能感各層面中,以「個人教學自我效能」對有效教學行為最具有預測作 用。
The purpose of this study was to examine the current condition and the relevance of teacher self-efficacy in teaching. In addition, this research also examining the teachers’ effective teaching behavior and differences with changing environment in the elementary schools. Through stratified random samples, 711 teachers in the elementary schools of Kaohsiung City, were selected. The effective samples are 655 which is 92.12% of the total samples. The data obtained from the questionnaire was analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product- moment correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. Based on the result of the analyzed data, conclusions are drawn as follows:1. The teachers’ self-efficacy of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City were rated high middle level.2. The effective teaching behavior of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City was rated high middle level.3. The teachers’ self-efficacy of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City are significantly different in gender, highest education, seniority, and occupied position. Butit’s not significantly different in school size.4. The effective teaching behavior of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City is significantly different in highest education and occupied position. But it’s not significantly different in gender, seniority, and school size.5. There is positive correlation between teacher’s self-efficacy and effective teaching behavior of the elementary school teachers in Kaohsiung City.6. The teacher’ self-efficacy has influence on the effective teaching behavior. The personal teaching self-efficacy is the most effective factor.
