本研究主要目的在探討國民中學學校課程發展委員會運作現況與課程決定回饋情形。本研究採用問卷調查法,以分層隨機抽樣方式,抽取高雄地區國民中學課程發展委員會委員共計300 位,作為本研究調查之研究樣本,剔除無效問卷後,共得有效問卷264 份。研究工具為研究者編製之「國民中學學校課程發展委員會運作現況及課程決定回饋情形調查問卷」。藉由問卷調查所得資料,以次數分配、百分等級、描述統計、t 考驗統計、單因子變異數分析、Scheffé 法事後比較及相關統計程序進行資料處理。根據資料分析的結果,本研究主要結論如下:一、高雄市國民中學學校課程發展委員會,為學校課程發展的核心組織。二、高雄市國民中學學校課程發展委員會依規定定期召開,惟課程評鑑部分尚有不足之處。三、高雄市國民中學學校課程發展委員會在運作上遭遇的困境大多為開會時間、經費、參與意願等困境。四、針對課程發展委員會面臨之困境,多以開會時間安排、學校內部組織橫向溝通進行改進。五、高雄市國民中學學校課程發展委員會課程決定回饋情形,以課程評鑑部分較為不足。六、高雄市國民中學學校課程發展委員會課程決定回饋情形,以課程面向最重要。基於以上研究結果,提出結論與建議,以供學校、教育主管機關及未II來研究之參考。
This study aims to investigate current operation and feedback of curriculumdecision-making of Curriculum Development Committee of junior high school.It employs questionnaire survey with stratified random sampling. The sampleof this study includes total 300 members from Curriculum DevelopmentCommittees of junior high school in Kaohsiung area. There are 264 validquestionnaires. The research tool used is the questionnaires about currentoperation and feedback of curriculum decision-making of CurriculumDevelopment Committee of junior high school. The data obtained viaquestionnaire survey are processed with descriptive statistics, t-test, singlefactor variance analysis and Scheffé test etc..According to the result of data analysis, this study can be concluded as follows:1. Curriculum development committees of junior high school in Kaohsiung cityare core organization of curriculum development.2. Curriculum development committees of junior high school in Kaohsiung city areconvening regularly according to regulation.However, the curriculum evaluation isstill insufficient.3. Most of the dilemmas encountered by curriculum development committeesof junior high school in Kaohsiung city are meeting time, funds, andwillingness of participation.IV4. According to the dilemmas encountered by curriculum developmentcommittees of junior high school, the improvement can be made through thearrangement of meeting time and the horizontal communication of internalorganizations in schools5. The curriculum evaluation is relatively insufficient in feedback ofcurriculum decision-making of curriculum development committees of juniorhigh school.6. The curriculum is considered as the most important aspect in feedback ofcurriculum decision-making of curriculum development committees of juniorhigh school in Kaohsiung city.Based on the research result, the above conclusion and suggestion of this studyare presented and can be used as the reference of schools, education authorities,and the future research.
