  • 描述: 近年來繪圖治療方式已被廣泛的運用在心理諮商領域中。諮商師在傳統的繪圖治療中必須同時扮演實施及觀察的角色工作頗為吃重。因此在輔助諮商人員及方便使用者可以隨時隨地運用的前提下,本研究試著將繁複的繪圖過程轉換成簡易的數位輔助應用。設計內容依照繪圖治療中風景構成法所提供的架構來進行12階段的圖像繪製任務,最後分析出正向的回饋建議。數位風景構成工具以Unity3D遊戲引擎為平台,開發出風景構成法的虛擬實施環境,簡易的介面讓使用者可快速上手。為證實本數位諮商工具的通用性,此次的實驗針對非數位相關領域之大學生做為研究對象,透過學生實際操作前後的差異對比,我們了解到數位諮商工具確實能獲得大眾的認同與快速應用的目的。透過問卷調查、行為及歷程的觀察發現,使用者對於本研究所提出的數位繪圖治療活動感到相當滿意,且證實傳統的諮商活動轉換數位化應用,可以有效提升使用者參與意願及諮商成效。
    Recently years, Drawing Therapy has been widely used in the field of psychological counseling. In the traditional drawing therapy sessions, counselors must play the dual role of conducting the implementation as well as the observation. Therefore, in order to assist counselors and provide user-friendly enrionment for the clients, this study develops a digital tool for the users to experience the therapy any time and anywhere. This study converted the complicated drawing therapy process into an application that requires users to go through simple steps. The tasks are to go through the 12 stages of Landscape Montage Technique and the system would provid the analysis of the results as feedbacks to the users. The digital tool is made of Unity3D Game Engine with which the simple graphical interface allows users to quickly get started in the virtual environment. To prove the effectiveness of this digital counseling tool, a group of college students were invited as the research participants. The counseling effectiveness, students’ recognition to the system, and their recommendations to the future modification were gotten from the questionnaires before and after the experiments.Through the questionnaires and behaviror observations, the study shows that users were mostly satisfied with the digital tool and confirmed that traditional counseling activities can be effectively transformed into digital environment which can enhance the users’ willingness to participate counseling sessions.
