  • 描述: 近年來蚓糞固肥、蚓糞液肥等有機肥,市場接受度越來越高,但目前量產不足,蚓糞售價成本還是過高。所以需要改善養殖業生產的過程,以自動機械化生產方式取代傳統人力來降低成本及生產速度,期許可以增加生產效率。本研究之目的是以機電整合為基礎開發自動化蚓糞採集機台。此機台應用蚯蚓對光的負趨性產生驅離現象,來達成蚯蚓與蚓糞分離,並從中收集蚓糞。此自動採集系統分成機械及電路兩大系統,機械系統包括骨架、平台兩部份。電路系統又包括控制、傳動、光照三部份。在機台開發過程,透過DFMEA失效模式分析,來避免設計不良,提高自動化蚓糞採集機台的可靠度。並以CAD、CAE來輔助設計,快速建立圖面、規格及生產製造。本系統經實驗評估結果顯示,較傳統人力採集提昇9倍生產效率,改善傳統人工採集的方式,降低蚯蚓養殖業的人事成本、生產高效率。關鍵詞:蚓糞、機電整合、蚯蚓養殖業、DFMEA
    Vermicompost in recent years solid fertilizer, vermicompost liquid fertilizer, organic fertilizer, market acceptance is getting higher and higher, but production cost of vermicompost Price is still too high. So it is necessary to improve the aquaculture production process to reduce the cost and production speed automatic mechanized mode of production to replace the traditional human, of permission to increase production efficiency. The purpose of this study is based on mechanical and electrical integration of vermicompost based on development of automated collection machine.This machine earthworms applications optical negative toward have expelled from phenomenon, to reach earthworms and or soil separation from the collection or soil. The automatic collection is divided into machinery and circuit two major system, mechanical system also include skeleton, platform two parts. Circuitry including the control, transmission, light three parts. In the machine development process through DFMEA lapse pattern analysis, , to avoid the poor design and improve the reliability of automated vermicompost collection machine. To help design and CAD, CAE, to aided design, and rapidly establish picture, specifications and production in building.This system has been experimental results have shown that that the more traditional human collection of multi nine times production efficiency, traditional artificial collection, reduce earthworms aquaculture production costs and efficient.
