  • 描述: 目的:拔河運動屬於高強度無氧運動,對於心臟之負荷頗大,而本研究旨在探討拔河訓練對國小高年級學童心跳變異率(heart rate variability, HRV)之影響。方法:以24位國小高年級學童為研究對象,其中實驗組12位(男、女生各6位),控制組12位(男、女生各6位),平均年齡為11.57(0.28)歲,平均身高為151.64(7.43)公分,平均體重為44.44(9.47)公斤。在實施拔河訓練前,兩組均先進行心跳變異率前測。爾後,實驗組進行為期八週,每週三天,每次四十分鐘之拔河訓練,並將目標心跳率控制在160~200次/分;控制組則不進行拔河訓練,並維持日常生活作息,八週後兩組再進行後測。測量心跳變異率時受試者必須先靜躺十分鐘,再進行HRV測量十分鐘。所得資料以獨立樣本單因子共變數進行分析,以前測為共變量,比較兩組後測之全部正常心跳期間的標準差(SDNN)、五分鐘區段內心跳期間平均標準差(SDANN)、高頻功率百分比(Height Frequency%, HF%)、低頻功率百分比(Low Frequency%, LF%)與低高頻功率比(LF/HF)等,以探討拔河訓練對國小高年級學童心跳變異率之影響。結果:經過為期八週,每週三次,每次四十分鐘之拔河訓練對國小高年級學童之心跳變異率沒有顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:每週實施三天,每天四十分鐘並持續八週之拔河訓練可能因受試者年齡、運動時間及強度等因素,而不會對國小高年級學童之心跳變異率造成影響。
    Purpose: In this dissertation, the effects of tug-of-war training on the heart rate variability (HRV) was explored for the sixth grade students in elementary school. Methods: Twenty-four students were invited to do tug-of-war training. They were classified into two groups, an experimental one and a control one. Each of the two groups includes six boys and six girls. Their average age, height and weight were 11.57 (0.28) years old, 151.64 (7.43) cm and 44.44(9.47) kg ,respectively. Prior to tug-of-war training, all students’ HRV parameters (SDNN, SDANN, HF%, LF%, LF/HF) were measured and recorded. After that, these students belong to experimental group were trained in the next eight weeks, and spend forty minutes one day and three days a week. Additionally, their heart rates were controlled between 160 up to 200 beats per minute. On the other hand, the students belong to control group would not be trained and maintain daily routine. After eight weeks, all students were gathered to measure their HRV parameters. They firstly were commanded to peacefully lie down for ten minutes, and then their HRV parameters were measured for ten minutes. Based on the experimental results, the data were analyzed by One-Way ANCOVA. Results: Tug-of-war training resulted without any significant change(p>.05) in HRV parameters for two groups. Conclusion: Eight weeks of tug-of-war training does not have any influence on the sixth grade students’ HRV in elementary school.
