  • 描述: 本論文主要探討府城小北門外浮陸地之形成造就聚落之發展與變遷,透過自然環境與人文現象的演變,了解此區居民生活型態的差異與轉變,以呈現聚落發展的脈絡。 此研究區在空間上屬於小區域的範圍,包含大港寮、文元寮、鄭子寮等三個聚落,其位置在百餘年前為古台江範圍。此區歷史源於道光3年一場風雨,曾文溪改道致使台江浮覆,台江北側移民落腳安南遷徙至此,開墾海埔,養殖營生,鄭子寮聚落部分務農,透過水路牛車路運輸與府城互為供需。日治時期劃為鄭子寮大字,但生活產業型態不變,海岸道路帶入安南人口,因此劃入安南十六寮同為台江地區文化共同圈。移民帶入千歲、元帥、媽祖信仰,提供居民宗教慰藉。戰後初期人口持續增加,但政策缺乏規劃。 民國50年代末期,魚塭填土興建販厝,吸納舊市區的飽和人口。民國60年代因養殖業仰賴之鹽水溪汙染致使一級產業無以為繼,加上中西區小型工廠移入,產業轉型為製造業,集中於文賢路南端,人口集居帶來消費,因此商業逐漸發展。此外小北路、外環道路的闢建,土地重劃的風潮下,加速區域的開發,如小北商圈。但此區1/3魚塭地限於市辦土地重劃方式延宕開發。伴隨人口移入,宗教更加多元。 民國80年代,市辦重劃推動,公兒綠地多,周邊交通便利,生活機能完善,形成高級住宅區,如號稱「台南小天母」的湖美地區。消費型態轉變帶來黃昏市場、美式賣場COSTCO進駐,造就此區房價升高。政府針對北區推出三核三軸,重振小北西門商圈、帶動和緯商業新地標。而此地釋出之空間也成鄰近廟宇擴建。
    The thesis is mainly focused on the reclaimed land formation outside of Xiao Beimen to form the settlement developments and transformations in Tainan City. We could understand the lifestyle differences and transitions of the residents by means of the changes of natural environments and human evolution phenomena to present settlement development contexts . The study area belongs to a small region in space ranges, including three settlements of Dagangliao, Wenyuanliao, Zhengziliao which located at the scope of Tai-jiang inland sea over one hundred years ago. This district history originated from a storm in Daoguang 3rd years that was reigned by Qing Dynasty, it resulted in the watercourse of Zengwen river changed and soils accumulated gradually to become Tai-jiang area. Therefore, the Tai-jiang settlers of northern areas that originally lived in Annan District began to move into Tai-jiang area and settled down. They developed reclaimed lands and made a living by fishing. The settlement of Zhengziliao used to farm for a living that had the close supply and demand connections with Tainan City through ox-cart or waterway transportations. During the Japanese colonial period, Zhengziliao was divided into “Da-Zi” that is similar to “Village” nowadays and its level was below “District”. However, its life and industrial types had changed and coastal roads brought lots of populations for Annan. Therefore, Annan 16 Liao was also regarded as the cultural circle same with Tai-jiang area. Settlers had brought in Qiansui ,Yuanshuai and Mazu beliefs to offer residents’ religious consolation. During the early post-war era, the population continued to grow steadily but the policy lacked of adequate plans.In the late 1960s, some fish farms were filled with soils and many construction companies had built numerous houses at that time in order to attract saturated population of old urban district. In 1970s, Primary Industry discontinued the development because of Yanshui River that fishing industries relied on was seriously polluted. Besides, small-scale factories of West Central District increased, the industry transformed into manufacturing industry where gathered on the south side of Wenxian Road. Lots of people gathered together in one area would have the consumption behaviors; therefore, the prosperous commerce developed gradually. In addition to establishing Xiaobei Road and urban outer ring road as well as having the trend of land readjustment had accelerated the district development, such as Xiaobei Business Community. One-third of the fish farms limited in Urban Land Readjustment Implementation and postponed the developments. Accompanied with the immigration of populations, they did have a great diversity of religions.In the late 1990s, owing to facilitating the urban land readjustment implementation, it has built various parks with children''s outdoor playground facilities and enhanced traffic convenience, great life functionality to become a high-class residential area, for instance Humei District in Tainan where its situation is similar to Tienmu area of Taipei. Due to the changes of consumption styles have boosted the investment of COSTCO and made sunset markets increase a lot. All of the conditions have the house prices continue to rise up. Government has carried out the policies of three core business communities and three main roads in order to revive the prosperity of Xiaobei and Ximen business communities. It could shape the image of new commercial landmark on Hewei Road and it also could release more spaces for the adjacent temples to build on this research district.
