描述: 李潼一生勤於筆耕，出版作品數量眾多，在少年小說上的成就尤其突出，不只囊括許多獎項，也獲得各方讚譽。李潼的作品中常表達出對民俗文化的關注，目的在啟發少年朋友們能認同自己所生長的土地，並傳承優良的文化傳統。本研究選取李潼與「民俗文化」相關的六本少年小說，以文本分析法為主要研究方法，探究書中的主題意識與民俗文化意涵，六個文本分別為《順風耳的新香爐》、《少年噶瑪蘭》、《少年龍船隊》、《四海武館》、《白蓮社板仔店》、《火金姑來照路》，並希望藉由後三本書來關照《臺灣的兒女》系列作品中的民俗文化議題。本研究論及李潼的生平及作品，分別探究其身世背景與成長歷程、人生觀及創作理念、各類作品成就，如少年小說、歌詞、散文、童話、新詩等。此外，也分析李潼少年小說中的主題，依所選取的文本，可歸結出自我充實、歷史尋根、團結合作、和諧寬容、省思社會現象等主題。在李潼少年小說的民俗文化素材中，則依不同的民俗類別探討其源流、形式，並深究民俗文化在作品中呈現的方式及特色。結論則歸納李潼少年小說作品的民俗文化意涵。李潼在少年小說中運用了豐沛的民俗文化題材，使他的小說具有文化傳承的意涵，作品中所流露的民俗元素，體現了他對社會的關懷及使命感。本研究從民俗文化的角度切入，期望能替李潼的少年小說研究開創嶄新視野。
Lee Tong, diligent in writing all his life, had remarkable achievements in young adult novels. He not only won lots of prizes but also had a reputation as a great writer. The concerns on folk custom culture are often shown in Lee tong’s novels. He intended to inspire young adults to identify themselves with the land where they grew up and to pass the excellent culture down. Before doing the research, I culled some information from six of Lee Tong’s novels-“The New Censer of Swu Fong Er,” “The Young Gavalan,” “Dragon Boat Team of Young men,” “Overseas Kung-fu House,” “Bai-lien-ser undertaker,” and “Firefly Leading the Way”. From the six novels mentioned above, I tried to analyze the themes and the connotation of folk custom culture. Besides, I hoped to find out the issues of folk custom culture in the series of “Taiwan’ Children.”The research is mainly about Lee Tong’s life and his works. In the research, there are many introductions on Lee Tong’s background, his growing process, his perspectives of life, his concept of creation, and his achievements in all kinds of words, such as young adult novels, lyrics, composition, fairy tales, and new poems. Furthermore, I based my research on the themes of Lee Tong’s young adult novels. The themes I summed up in the research were “self-fulfillment” “searching historical roots” “cooperation” “harmony and tolerance” “social reflection” “traditional vs. modern” respectively. From the origins and forms in the folk custom cultures in LeeTong’s young adult novels, I made a study of the distinguishing features, which were “belief on Matsu,” “dollar rob alone convention,” “manners of life,” and “dragon boat racing.” The conclusion in the research was about the cultural meanings in Lee Tong’s young adult novels. Affluent subject matters were exerted in Lee Tong’s young adult novels to make them full of cultural heritage. The cultural elements in his works showed his concern for society and his strong sense of responsibility. From cultural point of view, I expected to open a new area for Lee Tong’s young adult novels.
