  • 描述:   本研究以高雄縣一所執行灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫績效良好學校的教育人員為研究對象,透過訪談與文件分析方式進行資料蒐集,探討個案學校教育人員對「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」目標的認知、決策形成的過程、執行的作法、執行的困境與因應,及執行的成效,以對學校閱讀計畫執行有更深入的暸解。茲將研究結果摘述如下:一、 個案學校教育人員對「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」目標的認知分別為閱讀能融入生活、開口能流利講述、提筆能順暢描寫、巧手能塗鴉彩繪和上台能自信表演。二、 個案學校「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」決策形成的過程為「認識問題界定目標」、「設定判斷的標準」、「蒐集有關資料」、「研擬策略」、「決定策略」。三、 個案學校執行「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」的做法主要為「活動蘊育與紮根」、「活動推廣與實踐」及「活動成果整合與評鑑」。四、 個案學校執行「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」的困境為「缺乏對推動閱讀的重視,做表面要求」、「經費不足」、「教學時間不足,教師負擔大」、「教師閱讀相關指導專業知能不足」、「家長配合度不夠」、「學生的學習精神不足」六項。五、 個案學校為因應執行「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」的困境的做法,有「學校和教師共同整合年段的閱讀教學活動」、「調整活動節奏」、「爭取閱讀相關經費,整合應用」、「提升教師閱讀相關指導專業知能」、「針對親師生加強宣導」等五項。六、 個案學校執行「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」的成效有「提昇教師閱讀指導知能」、「學校提供多元展演機會」、「整合年段閱讀課程」、「學生展現多元能力」、「家長表示支持態度」、「經費獲改善」。七、 本研究從個案學校執行「灌溉兒童文學苗圃計畫」獲得的啟示性結論有「學校積極整合年段閱讀課程」、「讓閱讀活動深深紮根」、「教師肯定學校推動閱讀用心」。最後,依據研究結果,針對學校閱讀計畫執行提出相關的建議。
    The study takes the educators of a Kaohsiung County school that has good performance in the implementation of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan as research objects, carrying out data collection through interview and document analysis, discussing the process of goal cognition on watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan, decision formation, implementation methods, difficulties and resolutions in implementation, and implementation performance of the educators of the school, so as to have further understanding on the implementation of reading plan carried out by the school. The study results are summarized as the followings. 1. The goal cognition of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan of the educators of the school is divided into mixing reading into life, the ability of fluent narration, good written description, colorful drawing, and confident performance on stage. 2. The school''s decision formation process of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan is divided into problem cognition, goal definition, the establishment of judgment criterion, relevant data collection, strategy study, and strategy determination. 3. The school''s main methods of implementing watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan are activity preparation and rooting, activity promotion and practice, and activity achievements integration and evaluation. 4. The school''s difficulties in the implementation of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan are insufficient attention to promote reading, surface acting, insufficient fund, insufficient teaching time, large burden on teachers, teachers have insufficient professional knowledge and ability on reading guidance, insufficient cooperation of parents, insufficient students'' learn initiative. 5. Because of the implementation of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan, the school put forward five solutions, which are the followings: the school and teachers jointly integrate reading education activities according to age sections, adjustment of activity frequency , trying to obtain reading fund, integrated application, increasing teachers relevant professional knowledge on reading guidance, strengthening promotion and teaching on parents and students. 6. The school''s achievements of implementing watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan are the followings: increased teachers'' knowledge and ability on reading guidance, the school provided diversified demonstration and performance opportunities, integrated reading courses according to age sections, students showed diversified abilities, parents supported the activities, the condition of fund has been improved. 7. From the school''s implementation of watering nursery garden of children''s literature plan, the study reached the following suggestive conclusions: reading courses of age sections shall be actively integrated by schools, reading activities shall be rooted deeply, teachers shall agree with reading activities promoted by schools. At last, according to the study results, relevant suggestions are put forward for implementing school reading plan.
